The technician came out within hours of my call and was able to tell me within minutes what the problem was. (I had a different company out a few weeks prior, and their technician spent over half an hour, told me he had no idea what was wrong, was going to talk to his boss and get back with me, and never did.) The sensors I needed were not in stock (our system is a bit older), but he was able to order them and come fix the problem within a few days. I won't use anyone else!

If someone has a well and they have a problem, they need to have Patchen Pump and Well Service's phone number, because they are responsive, they know just about anything about rural water. If you have your own well, they are an absolute must to have in your phone directory. I had a really good experience with them. Their diagnostic ability meant they were able to determine what my problem was. I had no water and didn't know why. They were able to troubleshoot the system, determine the problem, and then provided me with a whole series of options on how I could go about fixing the problem, which was a broken waterline. There are so few people who do what they do, they provide you a service that is hard to find at a reasonable price.
