It took a while to get on the schedule because they are in high demand, but we are glad we were patient. They did excellent work, had the most pleasant and professional crews, and were considerate in scheduling indoor work to minimize the inconvenience to us. When we said we wanted a sustainable flooring option, they did the research and came back with a product called Moso bamboo, which is lovely. They cleaned up at the end of every day and, amazingly, did not mess up the landscape in the back yard at all. Billing was clear and timely. In all, working with Natural Breeze was a great experience!

Our Projects both went great! The deck project involved tear off of the old deck and hauling away the lumber and clean up. Everything went great on the project from installation of the new posts to the composite decking and new railing. The workers were always on time and they always did what was planned and were very clean in picking up after themselves. We have used the deck for 1 year and could not be more pleased. The painting project was the same way as the deck. They needed to replace some cedar siding and do some caulking before painting. Everything was excellent and it looks beautiful now and I am sure will last for many years. Thanks everyone from Natural Breeze. We will have you back for future projects.

We had to wait to get our project started but the results proved the wait was well worth it! The work started as projected and was completed slightly earlier than expected. The lead carpenter, the painters and all others involved were highly skilled, polite, and a great to work with. Eventually, we plan to have some additional work done on our home and we will not hesitate to go back to Natural Breeze Remodeling.

I was extremely impressed with Natural Breeze! I worked mostly with Terry and Mike(lead carpenter), and although renovating is always stressful they made everything as seamless as possible. Terry provided honest feedback concerning the value of some of my project choices, he never once tried to push me to spend additional money and actually defaulted to less expensive options! Mike was genuine and always punctional, kept me informed along the way, and went above and beyond what I would have ever expected. The guys cleaned up and gave me as much of my home back every single day as they possibly could. There were a few bumps along the way, as I'm sure happens with every project(I've watched enough HGTV to know that!), but they were on it immediately. I always felt like they were there to advocate for me and never once questioned me or pushed back. I know they are not the cheap alternative in town, but I absolutely got the service and result that I was looking for. I will definitely use and recommend Natural Breeze for any future projects. Yes, I know it sounds goofy but they really are a breeze to work with.

They never called me back so found someone from out of town pretty sad that u can’t get someone in Lawrence to do things for u happens all the time

They never actually performed any work, so I can't comment there, just wasted a bunch of my time. They looked at my house and gave me a proposal I considered reasonable, but their contract had pages of "boiler plate" (terms & conditions, etc.) that were completely inappropriate for the job. When I questioned it, they said they never invoke them anyway. The guy I was talking to said he'd never even read them. I suggested changes and they revoked their offer. I've never encountered contract language this involved for a residential job. I suspect someone's brother or son is a lawyer who needed work, but it looks like they're more interested in covering their rear end than doing any work.

It all went very well. The entire team of people working on this project were on-time, professional and respectful. We are already contracting another remodel project with them.

Remodeling is always a 'difficult at best' process. Natural Breeze team did everything in their power to make it go smoothly, professionally and comfortably. Communication with them was terrific. Everything was done on time and perfectly. Our satisfaction is worth the price!

We would not hesitate to recommend Natural Breeze. We couldn't be more impressed with their skill and professionalism. Communicating with them is a pleasure -- they are wonderfully patient in conferring about design and color options -- and the work they produce is beautiful. Our recent experiences with interior painting (dining room and study) and deck (rebuilding and refinishing) were excellent in every respect. They consistently go the extra mile. We are VERY loyal customers.

They did an excellent job. There were plumbing issues because ours is an old house, and Natural Breeze fixed them. They ordered a new toilet for us when the one we had originally wanted was deemed unsuitable. They explained how the new one would work better and took care of returning the original. Everyone who showed up to work was polite and cheerful, and they told us what to expect the next day when they were leaving.

It went very well. They were very prompt and called me if the weather kept them from working that day. Stained the deck, waiting several days between coats for it to stop raining. The deck is a great color and I am hoping the product they used performs better than the previous stain we had used. It was a hard job and ran a little over the estimate, but I was just glad to get it repaired.

Throughout the process from the initial inspection to the final work was handled by professional and genial Natural Breeze representatives. The work was accomplished in a timely fashion and was accomplished with minimal intrusion. The final result is beautiful. The workmanship is excellent. We have already arranged to have this company paint the exterior of our house later this spring.

I've used Natural Breeze for projects at my home for several years and have always been very satisfied. Every worker involved in this project did a professional job. I was impressed with the fact that great effort was made to protect the flooring in the rest of the house and that each night the work area was left as clean as possible. When the project was completed, the bathroom was spotless. I trust Natural Breeze to do great work. I also have found that I can trust the workers to the extent that I can leave the house while they are here. I have even given one a key to use on a day I was going out of town. Before the job was started I received a detailed listing of what was to be done as well as the amount of money budgeted for each part of the project. At the conclusion of the job, I received another detailed invoice which gave me credit for changes I had made that were less expensive than the original contract. When I need any remodeling, painting or repair work done at my house, I will definitely use Natural Breeze.

They did a great job, once again. The Natural Breeze team was on time, professional and did an excellent job. I especially appreciate their attention to detail. They trimmed out all the windows and door and the pain job was excellent. They were polite, friendly and picked up after themselves each day. I trust them and have plans to use them again on several projects.

When I wanted to redo my two bathrooms I shopped around to several contractors. Natural Breeze was among the higher quotes. But I heard very favorable things about them so decided to go with them. From the start to the finish they were very communicative, prompt to respond. I had to wait a while for them to get started but they kept me well informed. The guys they sent over were prompt and very friendly and did a really good job. The had to remove a toilet and at one point that valve started to leak. I had to call in the evening and within 30 minutes someone was out to work on it, he got it down to a dribble and still wasn't satisfied till it was fixed. What I loved is at the end of the day they cleaned up the area and at the end of the project did a real good clean (I wish I kept my bathrooms that clean). There was a one mix up at the end and once again they showed how quick they were to react and fix the issue. I am completely loved their work and would use them again. If you are wanting knowledgeable, professional, friendly people who treat your home as their own, and willing to pay a little extra. Natural Breeze is worth it.

It was a very professional job and they did a great job turning our unfinished basement into several new rooms that we can actually use with pride now.

This project went much like the rest of them did. (We've done 4 with Natural Breeze.) We ended up with a really nice front porch, and all issues were handled professionally. I think I've mentioned this before, but NB will not be your lowest bid, but you can leave your keys with them and not have to worry about it. They are recommended, big time!

From the get-go, Neil and Les were very professional and worked with us on the bid to make sure we got what we could afford. They gave us several options on how to proceed and stay within our budget. The bid was also very detailed and explained exactly what was being done and what wasn't being done. They always arrived promptly when they said they would and were very courteous to the whole family. They took extra care in making sure none of the rest of the house was impacted during the remodel. They were also very responsive to our questions and responded quickly either through email or phone. They're currently in the final phase of the project (putting on the trim) and it looks great! We couldn't be happier! They were a little pricey, but we got what we paid for.

We had an eyesore half bath with laundry in it upstairs that we had converted to a full bath. They also installed a large soaker tub as well and tiled the tub surround to the ceiling. (I then put in a new sink and painted and such.) We ended up with a really nice bathroom space. This project was the smallest we've done with Natural Breeze (we've used them twice before), but they still had to manage electrical and plumbing as well as carpentry. Their carpenter on this job (Nick) really did a great job on the work and the communication.

The first project we did with Natural Breeze added a large two car garage. We then converted the previous garage space to a hallway and two conforming bedrooms. The project went really well overall. Natural Breeze won't be your cheapest quote, but they do things the right way, and their crew is trustworthy.

There were many moving parts to this project, but Neil (co-owner) did a great job of managing them. We had an architect, concrete contractors, electrical, and siding contractors involved. Natural Breeze is an extremely busy company, so start dates can and do move, but once we got locked into a start time, they started the job when they said they would and worked it through to a very successful conclusion. We love our garage, and in some ways, it's the nicest constructed part of our older home. We have used Natural Breeze two times since, and I will submit reviews for those experiences as well. Obviously, we had a great experience the first time, or we wouldn't have used them again. They are not the cheapest estimate you'll get, but they do business in an honest way, their crew is trustworthy, and you can leave your keys with them. That's a big deal to us.

We were impressed with the work that Jordan and Bob did. They were meticulous, paying attention to every detail. When they encountered a problem that needed correction but was not on the original contract, they notified us to get our permission to proceed. Previous owners had placed a lot of hooks and nails in the siding. Each of those was removed and the holes were filled before painting. During the painting, tarps were used consistently to protect concrete, plants, furniture, etc. Each night the workers left the area very clean, picking up all their tools and equipment. When the painting was finished, all the windows were scraped in preparation for window washing We have used Natural Breeze several times in the past two or three years and have never been unhappy with their work. The owner and employees are friendly, polite and hard working. We would certainly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

This was a long haul project. It did take longer than expected, however, they always do. I am extremely pleased with the results. The crew went above and beyond on every aspect of the project with out going over budget. I now have the house of my dreams, or will once I finish unpacking!
