Description of Work: Jon Schmidt, owner of the company, was very helpful in re-doing our deck which was installed by another organization. The finished product is beautiful, with a very reasonable cost.

Response from Midwest Fence and Deck
The appointment time was not specific. The prospective customer merely stated that she would be available after 5 pm. I offered to call before arriving which I did. I clearly ask her what priority she was giving this project or the date or time frame she would be seriously considering to start. She stated not until the fall which would have been at least 2-3 months. I inquired as to if It would be acceptable if I were to complete and get the estimate to her before that time frame. She pleasantly agreed, again stressing no urgency. Our estimates are free, however, the estimation process to construct a room addition screen porch with roof and sun deck takes a significant amount of time. After being notified by Angie's List of the prospective customer's concern I then emailed her to see if she still had interest. She said she did. I then emailed the estimate to her immediately . I have heard nothing further and would also note that I have been in that neighborhood since and no addition has been added to that home.
