 + -1 moreWhen the technician showed up, on time, to do the application he was professional and courteous. We did a walk through before he started so we both knew and understood the plan Dale had laid out for the treatment. Holes were drilled inside and out, the specifics about how pumping the chemicals into the holes was explained and holes were capped. There was no mess and no worries. Laser PM did what they said they would do in an efficient and professional manor.
Description of Work: Dale and his termite sniffing dog, Crocket, came and did a walk through of the house. Whenever Crocket smelled termites he sat down. The termites were in the areas I knew were infested. Dale wrote up a detailed plan of the areas which would be treated. I asked about the chemicals they used because I was concerned about my dogs being near it. Dale answered every question thoroughly and was very professional.
