The technician explained everything to me and was very helpful. He replaced both springs and explained that the other would not last that much longer. I thought the price was very reasonable. He took time to answer other questions I had about my opener. Very satisfied!

It went perfectly. He had to drive a long way to our home which is in the country and difficult to find. He called to say he was on his way and arrive right when he was scheduled. Our garage doors are old but he did not pressure us to consider new doors. He got our old doors working perfectly, even cutting down a small tree blocking one of them. After finishing the work my husband asked if he could help him remove a hose from his tractor. It took more strength than my elderly husband had. He cheerfully and kindly helped with that project. When he presented the bill I was amazed and had to ask,"Is that all?"

The man who came out to provide the estimate was very professional and on time but also personable. I had the estimate in hand before he left and a number to contact to set up the install if I wanted it, which I did. They weren't the cheapest but not too expensive and were by far the most professional. When install time came the installer arrived on time and got right to work. Door was up and ready to go in no time hardly. The repair on the other door included adjustments and a new spring system instead of the old style. This was also done without a hitch. No mess no fuss. Was very pleased and still am. I will without a doubt use them in the future for any needs I have that they can fill. Prompt, professional and reasonable price wise. What more can you want.

I called a couple of guys. Everybody was busy, including Heartland. They all said they'd get there In a day or two. Heartland called back and said they had some time that afternoon. Should be there around 2:00. He (sorry, didn't get his name - I got the feeling he owned the company) came by as expected. Took one look and saw the problem. He fixed it in like no time, adjusted a couple of things and was done. He didn't charge me; I got the feeling it just wasn't worth writing it up. The guy was extraordinarily efficient and nice. I would recommend him to anybody and would of course use him again. In fact, he's the only one I'll use.

i had worked all weekend replacing the ceiling in my garage. they told me they would be there Monday at 8AM, and they were. they were always on time, on budget, and very nice. they even helped me finish some of my lighting in the garage while they put the door on. they installed a brand new door, track, motor, and push button (with thermostat) i would recommend them to ANYONE! thank you guys again.

The torsion spring that helps raise my garage door broke so I called the company name on a sticker attached to the door--Heartland Door and Window. They promptly (less than half an hour) sent someone to assess the situation. The spring needed to be ordered so the technician shortened the existing spring so that we could keep using the door. After about three weeks, they called to schedule a time to install the new spring and the bill was $40 for the spring and $75 for the two service calls. I was pleased by their prompt response. The technicians called before coming out each time and worked efficiently to assess and fix the problem. They even lubricated my garage opener motor to stop it from squeaking. The price was fair, I think, and the quality also--time will tell, I guess.
