 + -1 moreWe needed a 220 range plug installed after learning the previous owner installed a dryer plug. On 110 wiring. They came and did the assessment and had to come back later with two guys since it required rewiring the entire connection and getting into a crawl space. About a week later a limb fell onto the wiring coming into the house (we still had power). They did put a customer ahead of us who had no power, but still made it out the same day as the appointment and got everything taken care of, including getting the electric company out to cut and restore power, that day. Super friendly and very responsive.
