Our entire basement went dark after a circuit failure. Homeowner replaced breaker with no luck. Contacted Danielsan and they were able to come out a few days later. Arrived near end of 2-hour appointment window and was very courteous & professional. Traced circuit to discover some prior electrical work that had been done by previous homeowner was incorrect and resulted in some loose wiring and that a couple of the outlets were running hot and were not grounded. He replaced a small section of wiring and added a GFCI outlet to bring circuit up to code. Total visit was about 5 hours. Had to schedule a second visit to continue troubleshooting a specific light fixture on that circuit that would not work and he managed to get it working as well. For this visit he arrived a bit late, but did call ahead to let us know he was running behind. I really can't blame them since they likely can only estimate what each job will take until they actually get there and determine the extent of the work needed. This was about another 2 hours worth of work. We also sought estimates on additional work. I'm not certain what the hourly rate is as I failed to inquire but seems to be around 65/hr. No idea if it's reasonable but I was satisfied with the quality of work and will be having Danielsan back out to do some additional work at our residence.

It was good. They went right to work, got things done in pretty good time, even though the weather was around freezing and there was no heat in the shed.

They had to come out on multiple visits to complete the work as it was a process. They completed the jobs on time. They were punctual, efficient, had good workman ship, and completed all of the jobs. There were no problems. They did fine work.

My experience was excellent. The owner came out to give us ideas on different lighings that we didnt even know we could do. They were professional and careful. We were very pleased with them and I would recommend them to anyone. He came out to check on the work once it was done to make sure I was satisfied.

They advise on contentious solutions to problems so it is not always the most expensive. They are very thoughtful and I trust them all completely. They are fair with their prices and thorough and nice people to work with. If I had an issues, they would come back and make it right.

Our 30 year old attic fan stopped working. Mike from Danielsan came by and figured out the problem (a pulley was broken). He came by a second time to take out the part and get it repaired. Then he came back and installed it, and anchored the fan so that it made less noise. He was very punctual, and kept in touch each day to tell us what was happening. We were happy that the fan could be repaired rather than replaced.

Not only did the technician fix the problem quickly and professionally, but he also took the time to unscrew one of our outlets to show me what to look for (and how to fix) another potential electrical problem that may (or may not) appear over time. My husband and I were very pleased with the prompt, professional and helpful service we received from Danielsan Electric, and will certainly call them again should the need arise.

These guys are awesome. not only did I get someone over to my house quickly (called on Thursday afternoon they were at my house 8:30 friday morning), but he should up at 8:30 and I was still aslep but he waited a few minutes (like 15 min) before he was going to leave which allowed me to actually wake up and answer the door. These are the guys to use!!!!!!

It went well. I was pleased with the work.

Dan the owner does all the scheduling and trying to get an appointment was very hard. I called and left a message and he did not call me back for about 3 days. Then, he said he would call me back the next day or the follow week to "nail down a time". He never call me. I had to work on Monday, July 8th. I received a message on my phone telling me they would be at my house at 830am if that was good to call back. Well, I worked a 12 hour shift and did not get off work until 8pm. I called the next day at 8am and the girl told me they had to cancel the appointment because I didn't call back. I explain that I was working and unable to call back. About 930am, Aaron called and asked if he could come and take care of the problem. He showed up and was very friendly and professional. He asked what I needed and went straight to work. My dog was barking a lot and he never flinched or anything. When Aaron was done, he clean up and everything is now working great. The only bad part about the whole experience was getting someone to call me to make an appointment.

Danielsan Electric were very punctual, very thorough, great service and I really like the guy. He looked at the plans and had suggestions, I really appreciated that. He kind of had some more ideas. I think their pricing were pretty compatible. I was really pleased with their service.

Dan called ahead. He had finished a job earlier than expected and asked to come over early. I appreciated the phone call and was more than happy to have him come over earlier. I showed Dan what I was hoping to have done and spoke with him about what my end goal was for the project. He asked some great questions and in the end convinced me I did not need to upgrade my entire service. I could add the sub-panel without upgrading. This was great as the service upgrade quoted by others was $1800. Dan said he'd be happy to do what I had asked but told me what he would do if it were his home. I greatly appreciated the honesty and integrity shown by Dan. I was extremely happy with his professionalism and level of service and will be scheduling him to come install the subpanel.

Needed an outlet installed for a gas stove. The employee was prompt and efficient. We were called in advance of the appointment to let us know he was on his way. The installation was quick and looked professional. He made sure to disconnect the old 220V outlet for the old electrical stove so it wouldn't leave a live wire hanging around. The price came in right at the quote.
