+ -1 moreThis has been the most horrible experience ever at the Topeka store. After picking up my iPad Mini I realized that there was a large circle in the middle of the screen. It appeared as if there was water under the glass. I returned the iPad Mini that evening and was told that it was caused by something I had damaged when I dropped the iPad but they would take care of it. It was ready for pick up the next day After picking it up the 2nd time and taking it home I realized that the glass was lifting in various locations and there were dust and lint specs underneath the glass. Once again I returned it to the store. They said it would be no problem to fix and would have it fixed by the following day. I picked it up again, checked the glass and everything seemed perfect. After trying to type with the iPad keyboard I soon discovered that many of the buttons were unresponsive so I had to take it to them once again. I took it in and gave them all of my information again. They said that they would contact me when it was ready. Two weeks later I stopped in the store to see if they had my iPad complete since I never heard from them. They did and informed me that they lost the contact information for my iPad. I checked the glass, I checked the keyboard functions, I checked everything I could possibly think of. There were a few spots with dust under the glass but I chose to try to ignore them as I was happy to finally have my iPad back to as normal as could be expected. Today I have my iPad in my hands and noticed the the glass is pulling away from the iPad AGAIN and there are dust specs throughout the glass. I dread the thought of taking it back to them but I do not want to pay $100 + for someone else to fix what this place cannot obviously do! I also want to say that they are in an open location not free from dust and outside elements when repairing electronic devices.
Description of Work: Replaced the shattered glass on an iPad Mini.

Description of Work: They were quick and had a very good price. After having the glass replaced I had some issues with the phone and they replaced the glass again free of charge and were easy to work with.
