Description of Work: Company owner arrived early, conducted survey of jobsite. Made recommendations for low-cost DYI fixes and suggested that we not use his services as he felt that structure was in good enough shape that his work would not have been cost-effective. Gave good honest advice and passed at what could have been a 5-figure job.

+ -1 moreThe entire project took a month. CR was able to dig the front with heavy equipment. The front of the garage had to be partially hand dug. The five holes on the back side had to be hand dug. All these holes were 8 to 10 feet deep. When the project was finished CR repoured the front sidewalk and left everything as it was before the job started. Kent Fry and his crew were exceptional. The job carried with it a 15 year guarantee. Another home in the cul-de-sac across the street recently had the same kind of foundational work done. They gave the home owner a lifetime guarantee, but after the work was done they left the place looking like a war zone. Original estimate was based on bedrock being at 15 feet. I had six places that bedrock was at 23 feet. That added an additional $1,800 to the job. All in all we have been very satisfied with Kent and CR.
Description of Work: Installed 13 titanium piers and six basement wall support I beams.
