+ -1 moreCalled them with problem and they gave me an approximate cost. Also said they could be out same day between 3pm-6pm. Ian was here promptly at 3pm. He got right to work and fixed the problem in no time. He was polite, friendly and told me what other appliances they work on, including the fireplace insert. The cost was less than I expected and he told me if I had any problems to call him and he would come back at no cost. I would highly recommend this company and this employee. Great job!!
