Description of Work: They checked why the air conditioner was not working and replaced a part to get it working.

 + -1 moreThe technician arrived on time, put down a protective carpet, brought in the video monitor/recorder and camera cable, and went directly to work. He completed the job in a reasonable time, described what was being shown by the video, and made a recommendation for dealing with the problem it revealed.
Description of Work: Video inspection of home in-slab heating/cooling ducts to help determine cause of poor air flow.
