BRACCIANO PEST CONTROL

Very honest - When I explained to Mr. Bracciano that I needed my house sprayed because I had a few bug bites, he asked several questions about what insects I had seen in the house, the nature of the bug bites, etc. He then explained that he thought my bites were due to having been out in the yard the previous weekend (I had) and because bites takes 24-48 hrs to appear (they did). He did not think I needed my house sprayed, and he was right. I've had no more bites since it's been too hot to go out in the yard. By being honest with the services I needed, Mr. Bracciano saved me the cost of the spraying at his own loss. That's honesty.

Very well. Within a few days the ants were gone.

We have used Bracciano pest since we moved to Lawrence 24 years ago. He is thorough and easy to work with.

Tom was very thorough in his inspection. The only negative part of the whole experience was that he was an hour late showing up to the appointment, which he professed he had just plum forgot about. I was okay with that since I had time and it wasn't an inconvenience, but by that time my real estate agent had already made another appointment with a different company that had to be canceled. Tom did a very thorough job of inspecting the inside and outside of the house for termites and giving me lots of information about areas where I need to watch and general historical information about termite treatment (since I am buying a 60-year old house). Even though termite inspections are usually and quot;Yes, you have termitesand quot; or and quot;No, you don't have termitesand quot;, I thought the information that Tom provided meabout termites and other inspect pests was valuable and helped give me more knowledge about the house.

We had ants, Joe put chemicals out, and within 2 weeks, they were gone.
