There were some dips and uneveness in the line and roots clogging it in a couple of places. They had to access the line via a stack on the roof because the ground-level cleanout was unlocatable. Snaked it twice with two different-sized snaked and confirmed the work with a camera.

See above. Then today did some work for my daughter on her water heater. Following up on work done about a month ago. Quick tighten and on their way.

I called them because the pilot went out on my 14-year-old water heater and I could not restart it. They replaced some worn parts and got it working again without having to replace it. They also offered to comp their repair charges against a new water heater should I continue to have problems but so far so good! They were also very careful with clean up and even disinfected after themselves to help minimize any chance of COVID-19 spread from the visit.

Great!! He was able to fix it and face us advice on what to do in the future.

OMG! I was so happy with Johns work and his knowledge. He explained everything to me and was so polite and patient in helping me to understand what was happening. The tub, the shower, the kitchen sink were all clogged so, of course I am thinking we need to burn the place to the ground. BUT John saved the day... he had them unclogged in no time and assured me that the clogs were unrelated. Best money I have ever spent for peace of mind and no water issues. I had just put in a new kitchen and also needed the sink and garbage disposal hooked up... he took care of that too... even brought the disposal and saved me a trip to the store. Finally, I liked him so much, I let him fix my outside faucets too... one would not turn off and one would not turn on. John fixed everything and was so careful about working clean and not making a mess. He is my plumber for life!!

Blue duck responded quickly when I decided to have a backup sump pump installed. John did a great job. He called to let me know what time he would arrive and was here on time. He installed a battery backup sump pump and alarm. John then explained the warranty and how to monitor and maintain the system. The job was done quickly and professionally. This is the third time I have had Blue Duck do plumbing projects in my home. I am sure that sometime in the future I will be contacting them again when when I have a plumbing issue.

Very well. I didn't think there was any way I could get them out to open up my clogged drain that soon but they fit me in, I'm sure working later than normal. I was not home when they came but my wife said they were very courteous and professional. There was not a trace of a mess left behind. Would definitely use them again.

It was a terrible experience. We have worked with Joe the plumber for 8 years and totally trust him. But when we needed plumbing work done in our kitchen (as part of recovery from a fire) we expected him to come to our home and do the work as he always has. But instead, he sent an incompetent worker. The man could not get done what he was supposed to and when Joe learned he had not done his job well, he nevertheless sent him back a second day. We called Joe and insisted he come over to supervise and I told him I had hired HIM, not someone else and he replied he was growing his business and he could no longer come to every job. Today another worker came in to put up drywall there, and he found the cabinet under the sink was full of water. Clearly, the sink had not been installed properly. I trust Joe but none of his workers. So I let him know today that unless he himself can show up when we need his help, he will lose long-term customers even as he tries to build his business.

Our water heater had started leaking the night before so I found Blue Duck through a google search the next day. It was a Friday and I had called several others before reaching Joe and no one had time to help us that day. Joe answered my call and said he could be out that afternoon. He quickly determined that the water heater would need to be replaced and gave me a quote much lower than I expected. I was grateful he could get the job done on a Friday afternoon! Even though it took him longer to bring the new water heater back, he did not charge me for working past 5 on a Friday. He did a great job and cleaned up once he was finished. Very kind and professional plumber. I would highly recommend him.

sonJoe did an outstanding job. He came to the house on a Saturday morning to check the situation and confirmed that I needed a new water heater. He told me exactly how much it was going to cost. He started draining the old tank and left. I bought the water heater at a local supplier, brought it home, called Joe, and he and his son were back within an hour to install it. The installation went smoothly. He even took away the old tank. Great job by a nice man.

This company was quick to respond when I called and did the work well. I had to leave him alone in my house while I was at work and I didn't have any problems with that either.

It went well. He was running behind schedule but called to inform me he would be late. Was there for 15 min, and fixed the problem. I would recommend them, good service and very polite.

Called about a blocked kitchen drain. Was told he could not be here until late in the day, around 5pm. I said that was fine. Did not show up or call.
