Office staff was kind and offered to get out that afternoon. Since it didn't work in my schedule and leak was minimal, Mark came out the next day, diagnosed, ordered part, and fixed. I found Mark to be very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained everything in a way I understood and didn't do any unnecessary work (there was a possible additional issue with the actual shut-off). I completely trust Action Plumbing and will call them for my next service.

We have used ACTION PLUMBING for over 15 years. We have never had an issue with any sales or service. We needed to replace an 30 year old sink and faucett. I just contacted Kevin and told him what we wanted and they ordered the sink and it was perfect. Mark the serviceman who has been at our house for many calls did an excellent job is always verifying that everything is good to go before leaving. I will call again and recommend them for any plumbing repairs or service!

I had moved the frig and undid the line, when I reattached it, it leaked so I called it in. The plumber replaced the connection. And left within 20 minutes I heard water running. I called them back, 30 minutes later plumber was back. The nut he just put in sheared off. He replaced the connection and also this time added a flexible hose. It has worked great since. From my judgement the issue on why he came back wasn't because of bad work, but a fluke in the connection. They were quick to fix the problem and it was fixed correctly. That is why I gave them an A because even when something went wrong they made it right.

Our technician was great! On time, efficient, did quality work and patiently answered a zillion questions from my curious 4 year old. Will use again.

The service man called to let me know he was on his way to my house. He arrived in a timely manner. He confirmed with me the services I requested. He was polite and promptly got to work, he was fast and efficient. He even caulked around the sink once he'd finished plumbing it. The service cost less than I'd expected. I will definitely call Action Plumbing for any necessary future services.

First time they came out was because the check valve wasn't working (they did not install it originally). They replaced the check valve in a horizontal position - that lasted for a few weeks before the pvc piping started vibrating horribly. Unable to sleep as it vibrated thru the floor and walls. They came out a 2nd time and decided to install the check valve in vertically. That worked for about 2 weeks - now its May 30th and the sump pump/piping is vibrating/shaking the house worse than ever. Sump pump runs for about 2 seconds and the pipe shakes violently for 10 seconds - then the pump immediately comes back on for 1 or 2 seconds then the pipe shakes violently for about 10 seconds. Then we get maybe a minute or two of quite time before it does it again. Very frustrated as my wife and I work a lot of hours and would really like to be able to sleep for a few hours without the house shaking. Sump pumps can't be this difficult. Very frustrated with Action Plumbing - tech told me this morning (on the phone) that it must be something else now. Assuming I'll be charged a 3rd time if they even show up today. Will be very hard pressed to use Action Plumbing again.

I have used this company twice now, and am impressed with the service and the gentlemen who have done the work. They are prompt, polite, thorough. I would never hesitate to call this company.

Came on short notice (next day) to accommodate schedule. In addition to the above, Action Plumbing had to relocate drain pipe in wall and gas line that were improperly installed by renovators. Only did the tasks requested and had all parts needed for the work. About 3 hrs work-time.

Came home from vacation and found that the hot water heater went out. Called the A/C people, and they recommended Action Plumbing. First person came and diagnosed the issue as a thermocoupling, and had my wife order the part, and said he'd come back when the part arrived and install it. He didn't charge for that first visit. They couldn't fit us into the normal schedule until the next week, so I went ahead and tried to install the thermo coupling myself. When I couldn't get the last screw in, I ate crow and called them to make a Saturday visit. The normal rate is $70/hr. After-hour visits were are $120. Guy showed up promptly, didn't make any snide comments about my work, quickly finished installing the thermocoupling and checked out the rest of the water heater. He asked if I paid for the first visit. When I said no, he just charged me for the after-hours visit. He wanted to be sure that he didn't double charge me.

The interaction went well. They came in and did some maintenance and that's been fine since. They responded quickly and they have done quite a bit of work for us over the years. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

The toilet overflowed Sunday afternoon, so I turned off the water and waited for Monday morning. I called Action Plumbing based on a referral from my realtor. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. She said someone would be at my house by noon. The plumber was actually there within an hour. He was able to clear both drains quickly, and I was charged for an hour of service. Very impressive! I will definitely call them again.

I've had good experiences with them. I've been pleased. My overall experience with them has been excellent. They're responsive and punctual.

He was really thorough and prompt. He was actually early but he called to make sure that was ok. He was very professional and I would use him again.

They are very good. They try their best not you charge me to pick up something by saying that they couldn't and get a new one. They come in a hurry, and they give us a new discount. Their price is very good.

I described the issue I was having (water was spraying out the top of the toilet when you flushed). They diagnosed the problem on the phone. They showed up the next day with all the parts and replaced them in about 15 minutes. They were incredibly professional and courteous.

Called 09OCT, made appt. for 14OCT, showed promptly on time, polite, professional - assess work needed, advised of options, made estimate of time/materials. Showed promply on time following week as scheduled. Performed installation within time estimated. Neat, clean work. Yes, the price was on the high end, but was certainly not overpriced and we were paying to have the work done quickly and by licensed, bonded plumber who knew city codes that applied. Very pleased with service.
