+ -1 moreI contacted Triple A Fence in late-July to see about getting a couple of gates replaced. Jeff quoted me a price and said he was booking for early-October, which was fine with me. By the end of October, I had neither seen nor heard from him. I called to check the status and he told me he would contact me the next week. 2 weeks later, I still had not heard from him. I have tried calling and e-mailing him since then, none of which he has courtesy to return. After 4 months of waiting for him to do the job he said he would do, it appears I am out of luck. I would advise staying away from Jeff and Triple A Fence, as he apparently can’t be bothered to do the work he is hired to do, nor have the courtesy to say so.

+ -1 moreContacted AAA through Angie's List and they were immediately responsive. After getting a quote, we hired AAA Fence to do a cedar gate and a section of chain link fence. Since it was a small job, we agreed that the workers could just come by when convenient, such as between other jobs. The work was done within 2 weeks! Great quality and easy to work with.

They were efficient, knowledgeable, and very pleasant during the entire time. I also felt they were quite reasonable. I would definitely recommend AAA Fence.

Description of Work: AAA Fence did a great job. We had them expand/modify part of a pre-existing wood fence to make room for more parking spots behind our house. They finished 3 weeks ahead of schedule. Workmanship was high quality. The owner was professional and easy to work with. We will use them again and highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreOur backyard fence has needed repair for years. We?ve tried to get it fixed multiple times, but couldn?t get a single fence company in Lawrence to return our calls. Those that did return our calls couldn?t do the job for months and charged a fortune. Jeff returned my call within 15 minutes and had a quote within a few days. Unlike other fence companies, Jeff listened to our needs and gave us some ideas we hadn?t considered. That saved us time and money. AAA got the project done ahead of schedule and I couldn?t be happier with the work. The crew was respectful and polite and fixed a few problems they noticed in other parts of the fence -- all at no additional charge.

Description of Work: Jeff installed a steel fence in my back yard (one of those fences that looks like a wrought iron fence). Given the bad weather, it was really a short time from agreeing to have him install it and when it was finished (today, but it would have been sooner if I hadn't ordered special gate latches). | |He is VERY responsive, and usually answers the phone when you call the AAA Fence number. Plus he's very affable and friendly, and explains everything thoroughly, and does what he says he's going to do when he says he's going to do it. A friend recommended this company, and I'm so glad she did. I love my new fence!

Description of Work: Parts of our fence fell over during the recent storms. The provider said he would come over and give an estimate. He did give an estimate but we were not sure if and when he came over to look at the damage. Did not provide a date when the work will be done even after contacting through phone and email but two people showed up one fine day for the fix without any notice and compete the work in about 20 mins. This is our first home in this country and we have no prior experience fixing small things around the house but our neighbor during the casual conversation said we overpaid for the work and that I could have got it done for much less. Anyways we are happy our fence is fixed and the provider did install additional screws on non broken parts upon request.
