I would not recommend Carol Page, formerly of ReMax, now associated with Realty Executives. Seemed to have her own interests and the interests of her contacts (home inspector, mortgage company, appraisor) in mind rather than my interests. Repeat, would NOT recommend Carol Page as a realtor. The deal was concluded eventually, but am still dissatisfied and not happy with her or Gordon Mein, of Reece/Nichols...appeared to be too much collusion serving their interests, not mine or the sellers. If anyone is locating/relocating to Ft Leavenworth, KS, Leavenworth/Lansing KS, I would NOT recommend Carol Page of Realty Executives, formerly of ReMax...Military personnel...this is a heads-up!

It wasn't really a good time for me to buy. I just felt like there was a lot of pressure not that they were bad. It was okay but it wasn't a good time for me to look. Carol Page is a nice person and seems to be very thorough. I wasn't charged for the service and they were good about that. There weren't really many choices for the price I wanted.
Description of Work: I did see Carol Page from RE/MAX Action to look to buy a property.

She went out of her way. She would show up on a Sunday afternoon or an evening. We were only buying a $50,000 house it was not like she was going to make a huge commission. She was friendly and got everything done when she said she would. We had no problems what so ever. We decided to use this company because it was a repossession and they had the Freddie Mac Account. RE/MAX Action was efficient and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: I used RE/MAX Action for Real Estate Agent services to buy a home.
