I have a phone no that I call when I need it. They do a follow up for me. I like the fact that they are willing to call me and come out and do the service on a bi-monthly basis. They are friendly and they are courteous. If I have a problem with the timeframe they will call back and set up another timeframe. They are not pushy and they are not trying to shove anything down my throat. They don't constantly push other kinds of services. They go through my whole house. They spray every time they come in here and they also set up traps for small insects, spiders and small animals like mice. My building is certainly 20 to 25 years old. I have wood exteriors and I have an ongoing with the wood outside. I am going to have to suffer those consequences down the road. Both me and my neighbor have taken the advantage to have these stations to draw the termites and they are set about 15 to 20 feet apart. If I am not here they will come out and service those ones on the outside. Then they will call me when I am home. They will come out and service those ones on the inside. The only problem I have had with Orkin is, they send somebody out here from another pest control service that they bought out. In the past, I have had problems with those particular people at another residence that I used to own. They did acquire some of those people. The person that came out to service me was one of those people I had problems with in the past. I called them and told them not to provide me with the same person that I had before or one like him from the original company. They fixed it that day. That's the only negative thing I had. I looked at the different companies in the telephone book. If the responsive time is within 24 hrs, I have a pretty decent company. They responded within 3 hrs. The quality is excellent. I will use them as long as they provide the kind of service they are providing now.

They come here every other month. They call to remind me that they're coming, so that I can be home and provide them inputs in the house. If I ever have a flare up like spiders or something, I can call them and they'll come. They're very professional, and I have no complaints.

.The one thing I found with all the termite services is they only give you a one year guaramtee. In order to extend the guarantee you have to pay around $300 a year. That was with everyone one I talked to. I called the extension center and its common practice. So I kind of feel like its extortion money. The story is you do not have to have that guarantee but if you get the termites back you have to be retreated your whole house not just where the termites are. But with the guarantee they will guarantee them if you go to seel your house too. Initially they were much higher but they did come down after we talked to them about it.

I expect them once a month and the guy that they send is absolutely amazing. He is super friendly and holds conversations while he is spraying the house. I am extremely happy with the services that I have got from them so far. I am absolutely terrified of spiders and my husband is in the military so there are times when he is not here. The pest control knocks down every spider web that he finds to make sure they don't come back again. They do really good. I don't think the price is too bad for everything that they do. He is here on time every month.
