It went perfectly, they worked on a Friday and Saturday and because of the shape of the work when I asked them to redo a small section, they did it with no questions asked. The built the stonework, filled it in and planted the bushes. They everything from start to finish.

Description of Work: They visited our house, took measurements and we asked and the don't reply. We have tried to get them to give an estimate, provide alternatives or other options and they just don't come through.

Description of Work: They landscaped the perimeter of my house with beautiful designs, shrubs and flowers. They made a patio, new steps from house to patio and designed and made a firepot. They were completed in about 2 1/2 days.!!Everything was more than what I could ever expected. ALl the staff whether in telephonic conversations, home visits prior to and upon completion, in the community planting and landscaping put the C in customer service and quality. THank you for allowing me to provide to you this feedback.

Description of Work: Leavenworth Lansing Nursery built a retaining wall for us. They did an outstanding job of providing guidance on what stones to choose, building it, and cleanup. They went to the extra step of adjusting stones that were slipping off on an adjoining neighbor's wall that extended onto our property. LLN started two months later than first estimated because of rain and unavailability of the stones I chose. I would not have minded, except that I would have preferred that LLN had kept me informed of what was causing the delays. In spite of this, I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Removed large cluster of overgrown evergreens and built several blocks high retaining wall by driveway entrance. Work was done quickly and efficiently.

+ -1 moreThe provider planted 3 yews,1 Cleveland select pear tree, 1 burgundy belle maple tree and placed rocks rings around each tree. also, reinstalled edging around my entire fence line where necessary. This is only one of numerous landscape projects that this provider has completed for me over the years and they have all been outstanding. Also they treat my yard and trim my shrubs and any other special care my yard might need.
Description of Work: This provider is excellent. I have been doing business with them for years. They provide all the treatments for my yard and do all my landscaping. I think it would be very difficult to find anyone better.

+ -1 moreThe process was a long one, more than 5 months from start to finish but the communication between Sean and my wife and I was excellent. He delivered everything he promised and more.
Description of Work: Sean and his team designed all of the landscaping for our hilly 3 acre lot. He built retaining walls with natural stone, planted 30-40 trees, dozens of shrubs and annual flowers. After our sprinkler system was installed by another contractor, he adjusted all of the sprinkler heads to ensure even coverage on all of the sod, more than 30,000 sq ft, were covered.
