Their service went wonderful, They're the best person we ever had.

He worked very hard and I felt he earned every penny. The carpet looked great initially. However, the stains quickly reappeared. I have come to the conclusion that I would rather replace the carpet than to be repeatedly told that the stains can be removed. He did tell me to call him if stains reappeared. I did not call him back. I will replace carpet with hard wood flooring.

The carpets looked clean, but didn't get the smell out of some problem pet areas. I called him, he said he would arrange to come back, have not heard from him since. Would not buy the services again.

The carpet looked incredible. I was very pleased and shocked at how clean he was able to make it, after all the spills and such from kids. I would definitely use him again. He was very professional, very polite, and worked very hard!

Paul was very nice. He owns the company and does all the carpet cleaning. He was very thorough and even called a week later to see if I was still satisfied. He spent a lot of time making sure all areas were done completely. I like the fact too that he brought industrial strength blowers to help with the drying process I would definitely recommend him. He is a gentleman you can trust with doing the job right and his prices are very reasonable. Thanks Paul!

It went very well. Takes a couple of hours to clean and several hours to dry. But we were able to walk on the carpet when it was drying and it stayed clean.We just bought this house 2 months ago and the carpet is White! I don't really like carpet -I like hardwood floors since we have a dog. It had gotten dirty from the move and our dog made a couple of messes. I was so disgusted with the way the carpet looked I was checking pricing on a hardwood floor. When he finished it looked like brand new carpet and i am very happy with the results

We've used them off and on for the last six years. They are very inexpensive. It is half of another company. He is a wonderful and friendly man. He is always on time and he is personable. He does an excellent job. He does a really good job and actually better than expected.

He did an AMAZING job! He came highly recommended from one of my co-workers, and I can see why!! He got some crazy stuff out of my carpet....pet stains, red Gatorade, candle wax, dog hair, and a melted crayon. The only thing he couldn't get out was some orange soda, but it was a VERY old stain, and he was able to lighten it enough that it was almost invisible if you didn't know it was there! He went WAY above and beyond what he was hired for....he helped haul a treadmill upstairs, used his electric screwdriver to place the bannister back on the wall in the stairway, and gave me excellent advice on removing wallpaper....and didn't charge me extra for any of it. I gave him extra for all of his trouble, but he was only going to charge me for the carpet cleaning! My carpets looked great...in fact, my mother thought I had replaced the carpet in the bedrooms because the Gatorade and candle wax were gone...she wouldn't believe that I had just had them cleaned!! When we move out of our apartment, I will definetely hire him again to do those carpets!

Paul is a one-man owner/operator of the carpet cleaning business. He was an hour late for our appointment, but after he began working we found out why - he worked very hard and was very meticulous about his work. He worked on our carpet and furniture from about 4:00 until 11:30 PM. He was very friendly and enjoyed talking while working, although that didn't seem to slow him down. Paul is a Christian who appears to live what he preaches. We will have him back after the first of the year to clean the other carpets in our home.
