+ -1 moreWe had a wet spot on the carpet in the middle of the room on the ground floor. We pulled up the carpet to check and see if it was a foundation crack. We found water coming from a 1/2 partition wall that was on the other side of the outside spigot. I called them on a Friday afternoon around 4:30. They came over that evening and looked at the problem. Unfortunately the water shut off in the house did not catch this pipe (older house). They shut off the water at the meter for the evening then came back first thing Saturday morning to start the repair. They had to cut into the wall to fix the pipe and they also went ahead and installed a shut off in the wall so if that pipe every bursts we can shut the water off. All we have to do is put an access door over the small opening they made. I have also used Weldon for snaking drains. They are always quick to respond and fairly priced.

Description of Work: We were having septic problems. They told us that they would be out yesterday and we waited until they showed up at 9:30 at night. It was one man who didn’t have tools. He was swearing and said the company didn’t give him details about the job. The tech did half of the job and said he’d come back this afternoon. My husband called today to see if the provider was still coming out and the tech started swearing again and my husband had to hang up on him. I called to let him know he was fired. He was very rude and unprofessional and our issue has still not been resolved.
