+ -1 moreBuyer beware. After winning the bid, Otis brought up additional charges for scaffolding rental. When we settled on roof jacks, I agreed to purchase them. When I said if I buy them, I keep them, he suddenly was able to find his set of roof jacks. In the end, he didn’t finish the all the work as promised or give back the paint that I had purchased that he agreed he would drop back off to my house. When I was finally able to get through on the phone, he said to stop calling instead of making things right. Completely unprofessional and re-invents the history of conversations. Get it in writing! Better yet – don’t hire!
