+ -1 moreWe worked with Tony Faulk. Tony addressed our concerns and assisted us with our selection. Measured and double checked his figure prior to the cutting of the stone. Work was completed as promised and he was a pleasure to work with. He also helped us secure a stone mason to set it after our attempts failed. We selected the stone at the Sturgis site . Tony came to the home for measurements. We recommend Tony and the Sturgis company and will use them again if the need arises.

+ -1 moreSturgis was supposed to deliver between 9 and 10 and I called them at 10:10 and they were just strapping down their truck and were getting ready to leave KCK for Brookside. Asked the man to discount the $140 delivery charge since they didn't hold up their end of the deal and he flatly said no. Not real happy with them right now. They could of at least called and said they were running late.
Description of Work: Sold me 3 tons of wallstone and delivered it late.

Description of Work: I wanted a fireplace surround custom built out of stone. Sturgis' showroom has a lot of fireplaces to look at, and a lot more photographs. I had an idea of what I wanted, but they helped a great deal with the design.

+ 0 moreI ORDERED A THREE INCH THICK MANTEL. THEY BOUGHT A 2 1/4 INCH MANTEL. THE PIECE OF GRANITE ON THE COUNTERTOP WAS NOT ALIGNED PROPERLY. THEY FAILED TO RETURN MY CALLS.
