 + -1 moreI called Alan early in the AM. After describing the work I wished to have done, we agreed he would call before coming, after 3 p.m. that day. He never called. He never showed up. I set aside my afternoon and it was wasted. I gave him a D instead of an F as he seemed personable and was nice/polite on the phone.

 + -1 moreAfter trying several electricians who either failed to return calls or were booked for over a week, Alan came out within an hour, on a Saturday. He quickly determined the faulty breaker and replaced it. He was very professional and polite.

I'm 59 years old so your not getting a kid figuring things out. I don't make claim to be the worlds greatest electrician but I do know what I'm doing to make your electrical system operate in a safe manner. Once I have worked for you you will understand I am just a guy making an honest living doing what I know. Want pretension? Go elsewhere and pay more.
I don't do plumbing, auto repair, dressmaking, brain surgery, or baby sit. I do electrical work.
