Several months ago, my family purchased a foreclosure in Overland Park. We thought we were getting a "good deal" on the property, only to realize after the fact that it needed much more work--and had more environmental contaminants--than we realized. SMART Environmental Services came to our aid. They took care of removing asbestos vinyl planks in the entryway and removed a substantial amount of mold from the basement, kitchen, and bathroom. I am a very protective mother who does not want my toddler living in a house with environmental contaminants, and I was very careful when it came to who I chose to hire to help make sure my home is a clean and safe place for us all to live. Their customer service is patient and topnotch, and their prices are reasonable for the amount of work they do. I recommend them to my own family and friends should they ever be in need of these kinds of services. SMART Environmental Services is an incredible company, and I really cannot recommend them enough.

The team did a great job, from the consultation through completion. Everyone was so nice and professional and the price was very reasonable. I am so happy I no longer have asbestos in my home.

Pony and his team were consummate professionals. Everyone I interacted with in the company was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Within a minute of listening to Pony talk about mold tactics, I knew they were the best bet for my demo project. I also want to note a couple more things: when the project’s scope unfortunately increased, they went way above and beyond with their work, without budging the agreed-upon price! Totally a class act!! And, we talked with two other companies, and Pony’s team was way more knowledgeable, cooperative, and fairly priced. Would absolutely hire them again in a heartbeat!

Smart did removed asbestos in our basement and we were very impressed with the pricing, professionalism, and availability of the company. Marie was really great to work with and returned our calls quickly. Fair pricing. I would definitely recommend their services for anyone needing environmental restoration services (mold, water, asbestos, etc)
