It took them months to get out here. It took them 3 times to get it right but they did finally get it right. It was the same guy 3 guys. He sounded very knowledgeable about the product.
Description of Work: Sears did do work for me for exercise equipment. I bought my exercise equipment through them and it needed a couple of repairs.

It worked but the washer is leaking again. The diagnosis was wrong and the cure was wrong and I’m still having the same problem. I think they need to follow up with their clients to find out if all is well and try to make things right if it’s not.

I was satisfied. They came out and did it on time. I've had bad experience on people not doing what they're supposed to and kind of put you off. But they came out and did it and it was on time. In fact, they gave me one time and then they called back and said, "We've got somebody in your area." They came out sooner than what I thought they were going to, but I was glad about that. The price was average. My only problem was that I was having a hard time understanding him. Other than that, he was fine.

We had a new refrigerator and there was something wrong with the wheels. It was crooked. It was sitting weird and the doors weren't' opening properly. The guy came out and it costed me $230.

They were out several times so I would have to say that it did not work very well because another contractor had to come in and fix the work that Sears didn't do properly. They shouldn't have charged me anything because the work was under warranty. They came out 4 times and still couldn't fix what they were hired to do and I had to hire somebody else.

The Sears repairman himself was excellent and professional. He made necessary repairs, installed some parts, but noticed there was a part missing. He ordered the part and left. The part came in the mail, and I called Sears to schedule a second appointment. At that time they told me they were not an authorized repair shop for Troy Bilt, (although they were aware this was the make when they sent the repairman out the first time.) They would not come back out. We had to take the mower in to another repair shop. The second shop could not use the part ordered for Sears due to liability issues, so I had to buy the same part twice.

Ok. No service after the sale. After we committed to the original order, we decided to that wanted to have an additional window added to be replaced. We have yet to hear from someone to get that done. Also, you definitely get what you pay for. Pretty darn cheap windows as far as quality. They sure do look pretty from the street though.
