+ 0 moreVery professional and punctual. They came to our house to meet with us and design the cabinets. Very good work. Scott was a delight to work with. He was very helpful and went above and beyond in the whole kitchen remodel process.

Description of Work: Master bath and laundry room remodel. The crew was great but the sales person left us scratching our heads more than once. First, he tried to push a "designer" on us, who was not at all impressive nor did she do anything to help us. We never were able to get an itemization of the costs involved, we told them our budget and they told us what we could afford. I would have preferred to know the price of everything so that I could then make those decisions myself. The work that was done is beautiful, but the whole experience could have been much better.

+ -1 moreWe should have known not to hire this company when it took the sales rep 2 weeks to return our calls however we went ahead anyway. I've never been treated so poorly by a company, especially by the owner Doug Lytle. He told us that he wasn't responsible for the issuses with the cabinets or the 4 week delay (due to them buying new machinery). The first issue we had was they measured wrong and our cabinets didn't fit. Doug did agree this was wrong and they fixed it. However they wouldn't fix how our applicances fit into the cabinets even though they knew about applicance measurements before the install. Our GC actually made our applicances fit AFTER Profile said they were through with us. The other problems with the cabinets include doors that don't join properly at the bottom, mismatched paint (some parts of the cabinets are white, some have a pink shade to them), and where the cabinets should be smooth they are rough. Our GC fixed the cabinet drawers as Profile didn't take the time to properly install them and our drawers didn't close. We thought were were getting a good deal on the cabinets but after all the pain and agony of dealing with the horrible company (the owner needs a lesson in how to be nice/professional) I would have paid $50,000 to get what I wanted and be treated professionally.

+ -1 moreWe were initially impressed with Doug and the company and were looking forward to getting the bid he promised but it never came. I followed up with him a few weeks later and he said that he had unexpected house-guests and because he also runs a wedding event space that he was super busy. I understand the he is busy, but don't promise something you can't deliver. It is very frustrating to be ignored.
Description of Work: My husband and I met this company at the Home Show downtown this winter and were impressed with them. We asked them to contact us and they never did so we followed up and the president of the company, Doug Lytle, came to give us a bid in April.

+ 0 moreProfile Cabinet Mission Showroom did a very good job. We had a great person to work with, great design and the quality was excellent. They did a great job because you're kind of concerned about how something is going to look. We were really pleased with them.
