I have been able to count on Dan for any and all of my computer needs for several years now. His knowledge in computer repair in hardware and software issues is excellent and his professionalism and great personality are just a plus. He can always get an idea of what I need over the phone and give me a good estimate on repair charges and never goes over those. He is always more than happy to make house calls which is great and so much easier than lugging your stuff into a repair shop. I've had Dan work on major issues such as hard drive crashes as well as minor tasks such as data back up and file transfers (I'm not in any way computer savvy). Dan's prices are extremely reasonable in comparison to other shops I've tried taking my computer into and my issues have always been taken care of, where sometimes at shops I've been charged for them to look at it and they still can't fix the problem. i don't have personal experience with the home theater installation but I do know he has been doing this for a number of years and would trust him with this service as well Highly recommend Patchtech Computer Repair and Home Theater!
