+ -1 moreThey were here for probably half a day. They were fine. The guy who runs Paramount is great, but I felt they were a little pricey. Next time I may look around for other estimates.

+ -1 moreThey came out to do a bid and Karl told us he would be back with us in 2 weeks . After 4 weeks I called and asked where we stood on the bid. They said they would get back to me the next day, no response for two more days, called again and they said it would be two more weeks before they could talk business. Apparently they are so busy they have no time for new customers. They may do good work (I don't know) , but they are not very professional in the way they handle potential customers, no communication what so ever.
