Overall, Nick was very professional and did a great job cleaning my carpets. I had my entire house cleaned the day before by another company so this was a nice touch having the carpets throughout my whole house cleaned in addition. It feels like a very thorough job almost like I'm in a new house. Overall, I would recommend Nick and his company to anyone needing their carpets thoroughly cleaned.

They're very efficient. They do a good job for us, and the price is right. The tech was professional but people oriented. He was friendly, and someone you'd like to have in your house. They took the odor out as well.

I have used them many times. The treatment they do cleans really well. The carpet is dry in a few hours. They are good with getting stains out. They stick to the same time schedule and I use the same carpet cleaner and have been for the past 3-4 times; he really knows the house. I used them before Christmas and I am getting ready to use them again.

I have used this co. quite a few times for my condos.,and he does an amazing job.He has removed red stains ,and they did not return,unlike other companies used in past.

They were very professional in the way did there work. |We would definitly have them clean our carpets again.

Tony was punctual and professional. He did a good job cleaning five rooms and even removed some stains that I thought were not going to come out. The carpet was dry and usable in a couple of hours. This was the first time that I have used this company and would use them again.

When I contacted them they gave me the run around over and over. They finally decided that the damage needed to come out of the check of the worker, but that did no good for me. I have given them ample time to correct this, but they refuse to do anything. They know about the hole because they took pictures of it! I called several times and after no response I would get a hold of someone who would tell me the owners were very diversified in their business, but they had just hired someone to take care of any issues. He has never helped either, this went on for months.

The representative did a very good job. There were a few stains that were not removed, but overall the service was excellent.

It went very well. The tech showed up early and we had already moved all furniture and marked all stains. Some of the stains just won;t come out but he took a shot at them. I always like that the carpets are dry so fast and we're able to get on them. They helped get us ready for Thanksgiving and Christas and we appreciate that.

I am very pleased with them. It was better and more dry so it was not wet another day.

I was not happy with their product. The guy was nice. He was prompt. It is just that one of my carpets ended up being very very stiff when it dried, and it looked like whatever they did twisted some of the fibers. So I wouldn't ever use them again because I just did not like the way they treated my carpet. They were nice, prompt and friendly. The price was ok. I just did not care for the product. I know of somebody who would do it for a cheaper price. My carpet was clean but it was very stiff.

We choose this company because they were recommended by our realtor and family members. We just purchased a home and wanted the carpets cleaned prior to moving furniture moved into place. We assumed that the previous owners had vacuumed the carpet. When the technician came with his equipment we learned that the carpet had not been adequately vacuumed. We offered to get a vacuum out of a storage unit and vacuum the carpet before he proceeded to clean. He told us it was not necessary. He proceeded to and quot;cleanand quot; and when he was completed we were hugely disappointed as the carpet looked only slightly cleaner that when he began. The technician offered and quot;reasonsand quot; for the carpet not coming clean but did not offer to repeat any service. We vacuumed the carpet the following day (allowing for complete drying time) and had to empty the canister 5 times as well as change a filter in the machine due to the amount of dirt left behind. We would of course had this done prior to the carpet cleaning had we known how dirty the carpet was. We called the company the following day and requested a re-cleaning with a different technician. After showing up nearly three hours late we were much happier with the second cleaning although there are still stains that do not come out. Not sure if any system can get out the foot traffic stains of seven years. I prefer steam (hot water extraction) cleaning but wanted to use a and quot;greenerand quot; cleaning method. Although the technicians were courteous and professional, I would not recommend this company for heavily soiled carpet cleaning.
