I don't like his mower and I think that I do a better job although I rather not do it. My mower does a better job but he does trimming. His trimming is better than what I do. The guy who I talk to over the phone is very professional.

This company offers a simple service (lawn mowing only) for a reasonable price ($23 for weekly mowing or $28 for bi-weekly mowing of a small yard), but I was not impressed with the service and terminated after a month. I signed up online, and one of the questions was whether the yard was overgrown. Mine was longer than I like and looked unkempt, so I said yes. Apparently they charge double if you say that, which might not have been so bad except they didn't even mow my back yard because the crew was unable to open my back gate--which is a simple keypad, just enter the number and press and quot;enter.and quot; They still billed double for mowing only half the yard. The company had my cell phone number, so had the crew contacted the office they could have called me I could have attempted to resove gate issue immediately--no guarantee I could have been reached at that moment, but they didn't even try. They did come out a day or so later and finish the back yard, but that time they left my back gate wide open. The crew was apparently unable to figure out how to close the back gate (same as how you open it, by the way). There was also an issue with bagging grass clippings, which they claimed they had to do because the yard was and quot;overgrown.and quot; I didn't get the message that they planned to bag until late the evening before the first service, so I called at 8:10 the morning of the first service (they start answering their phones at 8:00) to instruct them NOT to bag the grass. That message didn't get to the crew so I wound up with a plastic bag of clippings (which my yard waste disposal company won't take) in my yard. When I complained they agreed to transfer the clippings to a paper bag, which they ultimately did, but I spent way more time on the phone with them than I wanted to for this simple service. During one of my multiple phone calls a supervisor indicated that they would drop the double billing for the first week of service and only bill me for $23. Nevertheless, when I looked at my credit card statement online several days later the double billing was still there. I called back and they ultimately did remove the second charge. This company guarantees your mow day (mine was Tuesday) and quot;unless delayed by weather or equipment failure,and quot; but the next Tuesday, which was a lovely day, came and went with no sign of the mowers. The company called me on Wednesday morning to let me know that there were a lot of overgrown lawns on the schedule for Tuesday so the crew got behind, but they would try to get there on Wednesday to mow my yard. Wednesday passed with no sign of the mowers. I didn't even bother to call. The guy showed up at about 7:00 a.m. on Thursday and whizzed through the yard in about 10 minutes. It wasn't the neatest job I've ever seen, but it got done Ultimately, I contacted a local lawn service and am now having the yard mowed once every 10 days and paying $36 per mow. The new company is timely and they do a much better job of mowing and blowing leaves out of the nooks and crannies in the yard. They will also do other little yard chores like clearing leaves out of a basement stairwell for a small fee, and they will do leaf cleanup in the fall. If all you want is a cursory mow for a low price, Mow Managers may be fine. For me, I wanted a little better and more comprehensive service.

They do the job. They are only here about no more than 20 minutes to half an hour.
