They did a good job. Initially, it took us a long time to set up everything. Once we had things going, they were right there.

They are on time. It seems like they can always get here no matter when we call. Their prices are reasonable. They always clean up when they're done.

The shower drain started leaking and causing a shower in the basement. I called Ed with Mr Plumber and he came out the same day to fix it. He was very curteous and worked on it for the exact amount of time he said it would take. He also showed me exactly what had happened to the drain and cleaned up when he was done.

They were very timely,the cost was right and they cleaned up. We use Mr Plumber in both our home and office. They do A1 work at a fair price.

Not fun messing with this whole faucet -- having three different plumbers over the course of as many weeks! But, Mr Plumber fixed the problem, and they are my heroes.

2 very nice and very professional plumbers arrived, replace 5 water shutoff valves, a bathroom stool fill valve, and installed a kitchen faucet I had purchased. They where very pleasant and cleaned up everything, probably better than I would have. As this is my first experience using a plumber, I am not sure if the price was high or low but, they worked continously with no delays. I felt they were well worth the money.

In February Mr. Plumber came out and replaced our house water pressure regulator. It was suggested at the time of service to spend a little more and go with the model that is able to be cleaned out due to Independence Water pressure problems and the possibility of getting sediment in the lines. Yesterday while having our phone system repaired it was reported that we had an active water leak in the crawl space. I searced it out and it was coming from the pressure regulator installed in February. I called Mr. Plumber and they were very quick to repond and had a plumber at our house right away. It was determined that it was a split brass fitting that was the cause and the next morning they had a plumber at our house to finish up the repair. Not only were they extremely professional, clean and courtious they were easy to deal with. And that pressure regulator... not even a mention of a charge for the repair. Now thats a company that stands behind their products and service!!!

They were very prompt and knew exactly what to do. They had the part and insured that it did not leak. They waited until the water heater was completely full and charged me a standard charge. We were very satisfied with them.

Ed went out of his way to find the correct piece for the unit. We have used Mr. Plumber several times in the past and would recommend him and his company at any time. His company is professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and quick. They do a clean job too!

They arrived on time to do the work asked of them. I would use them in the future. I would recommend them. They cleaned up after themselves. The quality of their work was good.

At the estimate appointment, they were professional and helpful. We had a problem with water pressure and testing suggested the need for a new PRV. At the installation appointment, they were professional and kept us informed of what was happening. We noticed small leaks if 2 of the faucets, which they promptly fixed.

Steve was very prompt. It is good to find a plumber that arrives when he says he will. The task took about 2 hours to complete. I found one leak afterward, which Steve promptly corrected.

I have used Mr. Plumber several times now, and am always pleased with the work. His employee, Tom, is great!
