Description of Work: He sexually harrassed me and he replaced the wrong parts and charged me for replacements. He Insisted I give him a hug before he would leave even after I told him I was not a hugger. I finally tried to give one if those quick distant hugs so he would leave he kissed me and groped my breast and told me he would have to come back to finish the job because he didn't have the right parts on his truck. He also puntured two holes in my duct work saying he needed to do so in order to get temperature reading for the ac. I had never heard of that or seen that practice before. Very repulsive experience. I became very stressed and lost a lot if sleep over this. The man is obviously looking for an affair to conduct with any customer. Disguisting, pervert.

Description of Work: I thought my furnace was making more noise than usual. Gilbert Moore came out and checked it and said there was nothing wrong with it. He did not charge me his usual fee because I am a good customer (his words!). I have used his company for many years but have never written a report before. He installed a new air conditioning unit a few years ago and has updated my furnace, too. He is very knowledgeable and most importantly, he is trustworthy. I have peace of mind about my furnace now and won't have to worry about the winter (if we ever have a real winter this year).
