Lawns Are Us

They were good. They were always on time. They were nice to deal with and the price was reasonable. They did a nice job.

Jess and his crew understood the overgrown situation on my hands and came out to mow within a few days of being contacted through Angie. As I don't live at that house, Jess took before and after pictures for me so I could assess the work done. Very respectful and timely in his communications. I will definitely use Lawns Are Us LLC again in the future.

Great. I now have a very green, completely filled in lawn. They always do a great and professional job. I have been using them for many years and have never been dissatisfied.

Jess and his crew were professional from beginning to end. . The quality of the work was excellent. Jess discussed what they intended to do and explained clearly what was included in his estimate.

Jess & his crew showed up on time and did all the work expected. I added in some additional tree trimming requests when they arrived and they were fine to do the extra work without adding to much to the price. They are nice and straightforward people who work hard and want to ensure the customer is satisfied. It's a duplex. It was $30 per side, so it came to $60. It's per trip. He does do the job he describes, but he does change pricing sometimes on the fly and does not notify you beforehand. For example, one time, he went over and out of the blue just changed the pricing because he said the grass was taller than he expected. So that was not a good surprise, but on the whole, he does what he says he will do. When he gets done, it's pretty good. Normally when he shows up I'm not there.

They were very prompt and explained I was out of their working area.

I had a difficult time finding some one to do yard clean up work, Lawns are us were responsive and showed up the day they said they would and did a great job.

Jess does a great job and he mowed my lawn a few times toward the end of the summer. I look forward to him doing my yard all next year.

I plan to continue using Joi for weekly mowing and other yard work as needed. She is great and I highly recommend her!

Bought a coupon via Angie's List, provider said I didn't live close enough for them to do the work even though I'm only about 10 miles away. Said they'd call in a month when they would be doing other jobs in town to schedule me in and never did. I'm still out the cost of the coupon.

It went well. We had to postpone due to weather, but when they came, they did a good job. They did the job when I was not at home. They didn't leave any debris behind.

The company was punctual and professional. The crew finished in about 1/2 hour and did a great job.

They did not clean up the leaves after they got them out of gutters. I had pre paid on Angies list coupon so I guess they did not care if they did what they told me they would do. I spent one hour cleaning up after them.

It went ok. It took quite a while to get him out here due to the cold. We noticed some leaves left in the gutters after he left.

Fine - had to reschedule due to being frozen, but came back when temps increased.

It was quick. He told me that he was overbooked. He was prompt and right to it.

I don't understand why they can not do the service since I chose them because they had done work "near you (me)". He said he does not service my area. He was going to contact Angislist for a refund.

We had very neglected gutters. Tree seedlings were growing in them from this year. Quite a bit of mud in them also. We were worried about them and Lawns R Us cleaned them completely in short order. They look great. When I saw what came out of the gutters I was amazed. We we definitely use them again. Nice folk.
