Lawns Are Us

This was a special offer for guttering. I called and within a few days, my gutters were clean and all the debris was cleared away.

They came out when they promised, gave me instructions for care and to give the grass the best chance of coming in strong. The place where my yard was sinking in looks wonderful. They seeded that nicely so that the grass was nice and thick there before winter set in. They come as fast as I call. The time it takes for them to get to my house when I call is AMAZING. I love this company. I highly recommend them.

It went well. I called the contact person and he was able to schedule the work for the following week. He was friendly and polite. While the workman were working cleaning the gutters the office contacted us to ensure that the workman were performing the service as purchased and that we were pleased. The workman worked quickly but efficiently and cleaned up the debris from the full gutters. It was nice to have a prepaid service and made the experience better than having to true up at the end of the job. It was a heck of a deal money wise as well! The cost was much cheaper than what I normally pay, so it was a BIG DEAL!

He came when he said he would, and cleaned out the gutters on all 3 homes in a timely manner. Great experience, no problems. He honored the Big Deal price for more than one home, even tough he didn't need to do that.

We arranted the appointment over the phone. He verified that the house was not too tall for his ladders. They arrived as scheduled and completed the job. Since I was not at the house, he called to say that he was finished. At that point, I asked him if he saw any problems with the gutters, and he did not.

Called to schedule an appointment and the company was responsive, as they came out within a day or two with a crew of three. Did not have much contact during the service appointment, but the job was thorough and well-done. They were in and out efficiently, which is all you could really want from a gutter cleaning. I also asked them to haul away some yard waste materials for a small extra charge, which they were happy to do.

My back yard is shady and on a slope. There was also a problem with erosion. Top soil was needed to fill in the eroded area and a solution for not being able to grow any grass on the shady slope. I called Lawns Are Us to get an estimate and get some ideas on what to do with the area. We decided on putting a layer of top soil down with mulch on top. Jess and his crew came out the day and time he said he would be there and got the work finished the same day. My problem of not being able to grow grass is solved and my yard looks much nicer..

Lawns Are Us cost more than other companies. I was not totally happy with them. They were on time and professional. I will not use them again.

Our yard was in pretty bad shape and had gotten out of our hands. We also suspected some poison ivy growth (which turned out to be pretty extensive). After having a few companies come out for estimates, we chose to go with Jess. His quote was in the midrange of the other companies, and based off of the reviews we felt confident with his company. Also, in speaking with him it was clear he was knowledgable and realistic about the work to be done. He came out the next week, as promised, with 2 other men to do the work. They worked steadily for several hours and completely transformed the yard. Unfortunately, when attempting to pull a bush in front, they hit a ground wasp nest and the wasps had stung one of the men. He explained they wouldn't be able to pull it that afternoon, but did offer to spray it and come another day to pull it. We will definitely be calling him back to do some more work. We were extremely pleased. They went above and beyond what we discussed.

He provided an estimate after looking over my yard, which was a must becuase I have almost an acre with lots of trimming. I love the results. It is so nice to come home to a mowed and trimmed yard knowing that my weekend is now free. Thanks so much!

They do a really good job. We only have one gate to the backyard and our deck is built up. We called several people and they couldn’t get their equipment out there. Lawns Are Us had the same problem but they went out of their way to do our backyard with a small hand mower; they don’t usually do that. They took extra care for us. The only person I have talked to is very nice, professional, and friendly. I haven’t talked to anyone else because they usually do the yard work while I’m not there.

I called Lawns Are Us on a Friday and told him what I wanted. We settled on a price over the phone. He then arrived on Monday and performed the work in a timely manner. I would use this contractor again for this task and possibly others if needed in the future.

They did great. Actually my brother also hired them. I was very much satisfied with their work.

Jess, the owner, came out in a timely manner after my call and gave us an estimate. He told me the work would be done the following Monday or Tuesday. They arrived on Tuesday. Jess and his crew did a meticulous job of trimming the shrubs to my specifications. Certain shrubs had been trimmed in a rounded shape. His crew trimmed them in a perfectly rounded shape--much better than we had been able to do. They obviously knew what they were doing. Jess trimmed a group of three shrubs, then came back and trimmed again, making sure they were perfect, catching small twigs that weren't perfectly even. When he had mostly trimmed the tree, he came to the door and asked if I wanted a certain branch removed, which allowed me to survey the shape of the tree before he removed that limb. There was no rushing to finish. It was obvious that their focus waas doing the job the way we wanted. They cleaned up all of the clippings and tree branches, leaving the front yard looking neat and tidy. We were so pleased that we asked for an estimate for trimming the shrubs ony in thhe fall. We plan to use their services again in the fall, and probably next year. We also asked for an estimate for removing a tree from our back yard in the fall As I stated, we will be using their services again. Jess, the owner, is very soft spoken and polite, which makes him very pleasant to work with. I can't say enough good things about this company.
