Description of Work: Only problem i had was communicating with them as to WHEN it should be done. Despite not scheduling an appointment and saying i would contact them when i wanted them, they came out immediately. To their credit, when i told them I purposely don't have this work done until December and I hoped they would stand behind it and come out when i asked them to, they did.

Description of Work: The service was delayed, mostly due to weather, but he was not the best at getting back to me. They came out and cleaned the gutters, and left the trash from the gutters on the back deck. I was not home, so I wasn't able to ask them to fix it.

Description of Work: My yard had not been attended to in some time. Mr. Krause came and previewed the yard and an estimate given for the cleanup, and an appointment scheduled. The crew arrived on time and worked diligently until the job was completed. All yard debris was collected and hauled away. This service was great and the yard looked really good!
