everything went very well.they arrived at the appointed time. worked for about 4 hours. then Jess walked me through the yard and made sure everything looked good to me.

We have a push mower, and when the lawn gets out of hand, we've called Lawns Are Us. They come out quickly, do a good job, and charge a reasonable price. It's exactly what I'm looking for in every business I deal with. Based on my experience, I recommend them highly.

Jess was very responsive to my phone calls and showed up when scheduled for the estimate and for the actual job. He was very professional and did a very good job. I would definitely use his company again.

No problems. The gutters were dry and they were able to easily blow the leaves and small twigs out.

The owner Dan is very decent and the crew came out and did a decent job. We paid $30.00 every two weeks. They mowed front and back yards and used the weed eater.Overall we are happy with their services and will use again. They charged a different fee for trimming the bushes. They also cleaned our gutters. My only comment on thier gutter cleaning is that I asked the person doing it to reattach th side gutter while he is up he said he did but a month later it completely fell. But I cannot say its his fault though!

He was just great. I will have him back out. I actually found him by purchasing a Big Deal for gutter cleaning, and when I went to his website I saw he did this other work as well. He was very prompt. He was a nice man and he did immaculate work. There was not a twig left on the property. Everything that they clipped they took away. We have a lot of shrubs. They came, they did the work, and they cleaned everything up. I was really impressed with him.

They had a special. They didn't charge me for taking the branches down. There were two guys that came to do the mowing; one had a rider and the other was doing the trimming. I am a day sleeper and they would come during the day but they would come early. I knew it was them but by the time I got up and got dressed to go and pay them, they were gone; that's how fast they were. They were really good. They also do leaf removal and snow removal. I haven't used them for that yet; I am waiting for all the leaves to come down. I paid them $70 a month.

Picked up a lot of limbs in my yard, so I could get it mowed, for $75.00; plus he cleaned our gutters for $25.00 (which my landlord pays for). I had to call him out the following week for more limb removal after the big storm (and it was worse than the previous week). He said he would do it for $75.00 but I told him I would give him $100 because it was really bad. Plus he hauled away the debris.I had called him on a Monday and he did the work on Tuesday -- both times. Unfortunately I never got to meet Jess, but there was someone in the house and she said he had a lot of helpers, so was able to get the work done quickly. I plan on using him again if need be, plus I am going to see if he can mow my lawn next year. He will keep it up better than the person I have now.

We have used Lawns are us for almost a month. Excellent service! Called Jess last Friday (8/19/2011) about getting a cable buried. (just added new cable service which the cable company would not bury) and asked him whether they could do the job. Without hesitation, he said no problem. Since Friday is our lawn day, and it was already 10 in the morning, I figured it would be at least another week before they could get the job done. Not so fast... it was done that day. Awesome job at maintaining our lawn as well. I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks again, Lawns are Us!

Man was on time and reasonably priced & very professional.

I inquired about their services and pricing yesterday afternoon. Jess contacted me the same day just a few hours later, and mowed our yard TODAY! I was amazed at the quick response and prompt service. They did an excellent job. They mowed, trimmed, edged and blew the clippings for both our front and back yard in just about 30 minutes! The yards look great! They even made sure our back gate was closed and replaced the lock. We look forward to their continued excellent service!

They were a couple hours late due to a previous job, but called to explain. They were very prompt in returning my phone call and very prompt in coming out for an estimate. They scheduled the job quickly due to needing the lawn seeded....he was very down to earh - did what he said he would do and stayed pretty close to his quote....I would call him again if I needed more yard work done.

They performed excellent work at a very reasonable price. Other companies that we consulted charge at least twice as much just for the yard work alone. We will definite use them again.

They provide prompt mowing services each week. The cost is very reasonable and the quality of work is good.

Good. He did what we wanted, and the price was fair considering it would have taken me a week to doit myself what they did in six hours. I am going to call him to put down mulch.

They are dependable. They are cheap. They do extra things if I ask them to. They do a great job.

Jess and company cleaned my gutters which was quite a task, as I had minature trees growning in them, and cut the grass. The neighborhood kids had been cutting it, so I think you can imagine what my yard looked like. I was proud to live on the corner lot after Jess finished his work.

My two brothers and I inherited the house when my mother passed in November 2007. One brother used to take care of the yard--an acre and a half--but didn't want to do it any more. It had been a while since anything had been done to it so I expected to pay a lot to get it under control. Jess Kraus gave me an estimate of $250 and did the job for exactly that. I thought the price was reasonable and the work was acceptable--I wasn't looking for perfection. I plan to call him again soon.
