water heater repair
 + -1 moreThey advertised 24 hr emergency service. I called them late last night and I spoke with their answering service. The operator paged the workers twice and they responded early in the morning saying they don't respond to their pagers after 10 pm. I asked why their website would advertise 24hr service if they don't actually offer it. I also asked him what they would do to keep me as a customer and he had nothing to say. An apology would be nice. I would not trust them. I used them in the past and their people were very good but something has changed.
Description of Work: My water heater is leaking and I wanted to speak with an expert to see if this was an emergency I needed to address immediately.

 + -1 moreThe tech came out, and was even early. He was knowledgeable,professional, and friendly.
Description of Work: The tech did fall maintenance on our furnace. He informed us that we would need a new humidifier in the spring. The cost included prepayment for the spring maintenance in 2014. He also replaced a generic thermostat we had purchased, which wasn't accurate.

 + -1 moreBeautifully. Company sent a repair guy immediately on a hot day. He found the problem, located the right part and had the A/C back on within 3 hours. Nice guy, too. He is a great spokesman for his company, a family-owned business that my parents used for years.

 + -1 moreKOCH HEATING and COOLING We got our air conditioner and furnace from them years ago. Comes out when he says he will. The guy is really good, we really like him.
Description of Work: KOCH HEATING & COOLING We had a leak, or was low the freon, and he came out to put some freon into the air conditioner. He comes out and checks the unit 2 times a year.
