KC Plumber Pro

Description of Work: This all started because I had a two-handle tub faucet that needed to be replaced. I am a fairly savvy do-it-yourselfer. I have put in many faucets prior to this install. Nonetheless, I ran into several different challenges when installing this faucet. What challenges is not important. The point is, after working on this project for 3 days, I threw in the towel and called KC Plumber Pros. I called them because my son and daughter-in-law had used their services and strongly recommended them. They especially liked Chase. So, I called the company and Chase came out the next day. After a brief discussion about my issue, Chase looked at my worked and told me that he was going to run out to his truck and solder a copper elbow for me. So he did (in about 30 seconds :-). He gave me the elbow (at no cost to me) and told me he thought I could install it myself, but said that I could contact him if I had any problems. Now, what is especially wonderful about this is after Chase soldered the pipe, he had told me that his company didn't really do this type of plumbing. His company specializes in water heater installations. That's because Chase had started his own business (KC Water Heaters). However, he still does work for KC Plumbing Pros. I appreciate that KC Plumbers and KC Water Heaters work together to get the job done. I will call both companies for my future plumbing concerns.

Description of Work: I did not have the opportunity to put this service under the appropriate category by Angie's List. He did NOT put in a water heater. He put a gas line in for our new generator. This provider does put in generators. However, he is a full range plumber, also.
