JIM'S LOCK & SAFE SERVICE

Called Jim’s and had a technician at the house that morning. He was polite and professional and repaired the lock in a timely manner. I discovered a minor glitch and had it corrected the next day.

This was the second time I've used their services. I called and an appointment was made for the same week. The locksmith arrived on time and had all of the tools he needed to make the changes to the outside locks. Very professional and courteous.

The gentleman was truly just that. He was polite and professional. He was also very personable. He knew what he was doing and was able to come up with the combination fairly quickly. Very good work. Would use them again in a heart beat and refer them to friends.

We bought a heavy duty gun safe from Cabela's that weighs easily 600 pounds. Cabela's recommended this company to deliver and install it. The delivery guys were very professional and did a great job. However my mother, who gave us the safe as a gift, was shocked when she received a bill for over $300 for the delivery. Jim's said they described their fees when she made the delivery arrangements; my mother does not believe they did. We would not have hired them had we known how expensive it would be.

I had a security camera system and intercom system install. My house was nder remodeling but would have got they to came in earlier due to extensive wiring in house . Had a few issues with intercom and had to get a different model but they did not charge me for upgrade. Overall they did a good , professional job. A little pricey but good quality equipment.

Car ignition jammed on Friday about noon. Unable to get service scheduled that day but they gave me a tip that allowed me to get home. Took it in Monday AM. They worked on it outside on a very cold day. It took about an hour to open the steering column and repair lock. Very professional. B on punctuality is due to a phone call that they did not return.

We have used Jim's Lock and Safe several times, for used safes. We select one and then he services it and gets the lock system in order. A little slow getting back with us sometimes on casual jobs, but when it's important, he's on the spot!

They're not cheap but they put locks on right and nobody's gonna pick that sucker. Trying to find a locksmith that put on medico locks the right way is difficult and they were the only ones that I've found. I've used a lot of different locksmiths and I know what to look for and these guys really know what they're doing. If the lock doesn't fit securely, they put rings on to ensure a tight fit.
