Over priced poor quality cabinets was not scheduled properly half of work done by myself.

Very expensive for very poor quality and reckless work. They claimed their work is superior, they would pull all required permits, installers were masters of all trades, and they would manage the project. NONE OF THIS WAS TRUE. Please read this next part, it will make you think twice about hiring them. We had a wall knocked out for our kitchen remodel and had a beam installed, to hold up our 2nd level. Instead of finding a new route for the air duct going upstairs, they CUT OUT PART OF THE NEW BEAM and sent the air duct through the beam. I asked if a permit was obtained, as the project was nearly finished. Our project manager said no, because we know what we are doing. I asked for an engineer to come inspect it to determine if it is safe. An architect confirmed it was not safe and the city would not approve a permit until they tore it out and replaced. They did replace it, but the 2nd beam they put in was not structurally safe either, so they had to put a 3rd beam in. They clearly did not know what they were doing. They also had complete disregard for our safety just so they did not have to figure out another way to reroute the air duct. I then had to work with a heating and cooling company to figure out how to run the air duct upstairs. Jericho was not doing it because they could not figure it out and also were busy with other projects at this point. Aside from that, after the project was finished I found out they did not pull an electrical permit for all the new wiring in our kitchen either. That was a major hoop to jump through to get it approved with the city after the project was complete. These are a few of the many issues we had with their work and integrity along the way. I really became the project manager and had to use a lot of vacation over the final 4-5 months of the project. I really hope those who hire this company watch everything they are doing. Do not trust their word, because clearly they do not have your best interest in mind. This project was supposed to take ~5 weeks. It took nearly 9 months to complete. It truly was a nightmare. I fear they will try doing to others what they did to us, which is why I am writing this. At the end of the day, our kitchen looks nice, but it was not worth the amount of money we paid or the time I invested trying to get it completed. Be very weary of them.

Remove a bathtub and made the shower larger. Installer was Evan, and he did excellent work. Area was always clean and work was done in a timely manner. All members of the project team work with us and no problems were encountered. WEE DONE...

While my bathroom project was small the help I received from the project manager in selection materials was spot on and the crew doing the work arrived as scheduled and cleaned up before they left.

Worst company ever! Poor communication. Horrible workmanship. Would not recommend them in anyway. They charge way to much for what you get. They take every shortcut they can and low quality install and product. Have had nothing but problems with leaking water and it has been over 5 weeks since I let them know and they have done nothing to fix it. Do not waste your money with these people! Here are just a few of the issues I have had. 1) Not sealing off my house and filling my entire house with concrete dust. Every single room. 2) After I asked twice to have it sealed off as I was told would be done it still was not done until the 3rd time I called. 3) Leaving my garage a mess day after day and I had to clean it over and over to get the cars in 4) The water knobs on backwards on the sink. 5) The hose left on in my yard for hours flooding my back yard 6) Permits not filed and I was charged for them. I have asked several times and get no response. 7) Inspections not done and they are required. I went to the city an asked. (Your installer and Project Manager if they are trained and know what they are doing would not of moved forward without doing them when it was time) 8) The toilet floor flange is not level with the concrete like it is supposed to be. 9) Used wood pieces to shim the toilet. this should be plastic as wood expands with moisture and rots. 10) The bathroom door does not match the rest of the doors in the house like I asked. it is a 6 panel door not a 2 panel door like every other door in the house. 11) the floor hump in the floating floor because the concrete is not level underneath. Even though Duane put the cap down over the existing concrete. So the floor joints do not slide together. I showed this to Justin twice. He do not care. 12) The Toilet leaking all over from the bad install. Now 2 walls are wet and carpet on 2 sides. The water comes up through the seams in the bathroom. Jericho has done nothing to help me other than admit they messed up but, 5 weeks later have not been back to fix it. 13) Not following through with what you say your going to do. like the refund. And I do not want the refund. I want the permit pulled and the inspections done so I know things are right. Still have a bathroom that I can not use at all and I paid over $24,0000.00 for this mess. I have had to remove wet sheet rock, wet carpet and remove everything from my basement as water keeps coming in from Jerichos mistakes. Jericho just do not care about anything but, getting your money. Save yourself a headache and find someone else that is professional. Jericho is not .

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Lack of communication between salesperson, project manager, craftsman and customer. Was told many things by salesman but then the project manager did not know what the other promised would be taken care of. Told it would take 6-7 days and probably only 6 with a couple of workers... One man showed up, and we are now on work day 9 and the second weekend without bathroom use. I was not told that garage space was needed for materials, which was not too bad, but we did not have much space cleared out and had to figure out what to do with animals since they were going to be put in garage area during remodel. Because of no garage space 3 large cabinet boxes needed to be put in kitchen/dining room but stayed there for a week and during Memorial day weekend. I agreed to leaving boxes but did not know it would be for that long or have to work around them on a holiday weekend with guests. There are other issues but the last straw is being told that even though I was not replacing the toilet, the ring and shut off valve would be replaced anyways because the toilet would need to be moved to get tub in... the tub was the first thing put in and my toilet on day 9 is crooked, silicone is broken around base, still has old shut off and ring, which is probably no good now because of how much toilet was shifted. I called project manager to see if he was aware of toilet issue because all I had, was a note saying that they would be back Monday to install countertop because of problem with not having the right tool and seemed like he was done after that. Project manager said he did not notice the toilet issue when he was out there to check on remodel, which was 1 time and told me, It is not the end of the World, and they would get it done. I have not been a difficult customer and there is been plenty to complain about, such as people not responding to a message for weeks but his response was unprofessional and belittling. Only needed to acknowledge issue and that it would be taken care of. Based on the information given I do not think the toilet would have been done, and I was worried how long it would take to get someone back out to take care of it. They have not live up to promises, are very expensive and I would not recommend Jericho. Will say that craftsman is very nice and skilled, so he was the only reason they would get any stars.

The actual work done was very nice. The installer and project manager, Jim, were fantastic. The sales experience was not good. I thought we had agreed on project but I ended up supplying most items to get what I originally asked for. The cost was outrageous for what I actually received. Process should start at design center so you can see the limited options.

They did a quote, the prices were comparable to others but they did the project in a fast and organized manner. I had them do a tear out of a tub and enclosure and install a new one.

Did not complete on time. Did not allow for fixtures and did not allow us to pick our vanity. Did not listen to request by sales rep so we did not get what we requested. Re-enforced wall but put trash behind wall instead of cleaning up. They painted over wall paper. We now have holes in the wall from installed fixtures not put into studs.

We were impressed with Jericho from the moment we signed the contract. They were completely honest and upfront about what was going to be done, timelines, etc. We really got to know our contractor, Doug, who we not only trust implicitly but did high quality, detailed work. Our kitchen turned out exactly as Woody, our project designer, had designed. Gave us more than twice the usable space, with beautiful countertops and cabinets. We had only one issue, which was the timeframe. It took longer to complete because after a couple weeks one of the two contractors had to take a leave (he was great, too). When that happened it left just Doug to do all the work, which of course took longer to complete. Jericho was anxious to have the job finished, as we were, but they only brought in another person for a couple days at the end to finish drywall, etc. The project could've been done sooner, but with only one person it was a real race to finish! But, I have to say, even with that issue we are so impressed with everything. The quality they give the customer is outstanding, and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to do a remodel. A couple of our cabinet doors didn't stain quite right, so they are replacing them for free, which is part of their one-year warranty on the work. It was expensive, but well worth the money!

Good customer service. Quality materials and workmanship. Remodeler kept things clean as he worked. I am pleased with result. Have already recommended Jericho to a friend.
