I highly recommend Jericho. They go above and beyond to meet the customer's wishes. Christopher is an excellent Designer and his advice was exactly right. Adam was wonderful to work with and Bob and Art do amazing work. It was a great experience and I love my new kitchen!

The workers Bob and Art were hard working and cleaned up after themselves each day. They completed the work when they told us they would. They did a great job and we are very pleased.

Contract signed in April, 2014 for bath & kitchen remodel bath remodeled began July 9th completed signed off Aug. 19th. Told once project started all material would be in and workman would be in my home 1 day for every thousand spent. After bath completed I was told the projects were separate that was never ever mentioned otherwise, I would have picked another source I have not heard from Jericho since I called to find out when they would start on my kitchen they said the cabinets would be in 2 weeks that was 6 weeks ago and counting... Great people to work with. The only thing that I have against the company is that when they give you the price you have to tell them OK then or they charge more if you want 24 hours. Not a good thing to do, at least give the customer 24 hours to make up their mind.

The worker, Steve, was very nice and helpful. Answered all our questions while he was working. Ve4ry porfessional and did an outstanding job to date on the work. Took his time and made sure everything was correct and to our specifications.

I had granite counter tops, old flooring tear out an new flooring installation as well as cabinet refurbishment. The people doing the flooring were top notch. The counter top installation was good but the cabinet refurbishment could have been better. This contractor did work for Jericho as a sub. He kept moving people in and out of the job so there was no continuity of work and you never knew if they were coming or not. When I complained of some of the work this contractor was not helpful in fixing the problems. Not recommended for this type of work.

The new bathroom is top notch. They were on site every day and completed the project on time, even though there were change orders made per my request. I am so pleased with the final results and will use their company for any future remodling.

The Salesman, Jim Lobb, was very pleasant to work with. The Supervisor, Barry, returned my call immediately and arrived on time for the walk through. One person finished the project of removing a tub/shower unit and replacing it with a walk in shower,that is wonderful, replaced the countertop and toilet all in 4 days. Evan Brand, you did an awesome job. Thanks to all.

In April my husband and I contacted Jericho about doing a kitchen remodel. We had heard many good things about the company and decided to get a quote from them. The designer, Aaron, was amazing. He was right on time, came prepared with samples and pictures and answered every question we had for him. Our installers were Jed and Robert and they were a delight. They showed up on time every day and paid great attention to every detail. We couldn't be more happy with Jericho!

I signed a contract with them to remodel my bathroom and put 1/3 down. It has been two months and it still isn't scheduled for the work. I guess I should have asked the turnaround time at the time of the contract, but I had no idea it would take this long. The designer also said it would take one week to complete and the project manager said two weeks. They are using the excuse that it takes awhile to get the items ordered and delivered. I wish I had never gone with this company. I feel they are putting me off because it isn't a high money remodel.

I am so thankful I decided to have Jericho Home Improvements do my project. From the professional designer to the our project manager to the installers that had a roll in my project. All the samples were there the first night and I felt very comfortable moving ahead with my project. I did waste my time with three other companies that were not near as professional as Jericho. I am glad I did not go with any of those companies. The entire project took less time then I thot and was much better than I could have ever hoped. I'm now going to use them to do my Kitchen. Everyone should use this company. They performed well above my expectations!!

The entire process went smoothly for us. Matthew did the work, and he was OUTSTANDING- a joy to work with, always friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and reliable. Jeff was the foreman, and he was great also. We are thrilled with the final project. The only negative thing I will say is that communication with the ones ordering supplies and explaining cost was spotty, and led to a few surprises at the end of the project.

The bathroom turned out beautiful, we couldn't be happier. The job was finished two weeks earlier than planned. Great quality work!!!! Very friendly and professional to work with. I can't wait to use their help again. Wish there were 100 more stars. Ask for Matt.

No I would not recommend Jericho to anyone. It took a full month to do a small bathroom. We were without a stool for a day and half, no shower for a week and a half, no vanity or medicine cabinet for a month. We will never use them again for anything. Roger D.

We were pleased with Jericho. The men who did the work were friendly and checked with me at each step to make sure things were as I wanted them. They were punctual too. When they said they'd be here a certain time, that's when they showed up.
