The job took longer than estimated, Jason stayed late until the job was completed and did not charge me extra! He was great! I would definitely hire him again!

Jason was referred by a plumbing supply store. I had asked for someone that knew about old buildings. He was very pleasant on the phone and came out the next day. The toilet in question is used by the public, so experiences many more flushes that a residential toilet would. Jason completed the repairs and showed us what he was doing and why. When the same part gave out a year and 1/2 later, he came right out and fixed it at a much reduced charge. We had him work on another bathroom and were equally pleased. We will call him again!

Jason came and determined there was a water restrictor plate in the aerator of the tub faucet and removed it, greatly increasing the flow. He also told me that I could go to a local plumbing supply store and buy replacement faucet valves and replace them myself. After about 10 minutes of looking and talking we were done. We had agreed to an $85 service call but he agreed to accept my offer of $20 for his short visit and valuable advice. We called him mid-morning and he returned our call in an hour or so and came to our house about 3:00. He is also the son of Stephen Tope Plumbing who is also listed here on Angie's List. Jason has his own company now and says he has been in the business for 18 years. Very pleasant to talk to, very helpful and knowledgeable.
