Estimated the work promptly, crew showed up and I was comfortable to have these polite men in our home. They got right to work and clearly know what they are doing. They left the house without a speck of insulation or dirt ~ very impressive. This morning we were very pleased to find the areas over the garage were the same temperature as other rooms upstairs. Had a great experience working with this team/company. Recommend them without reservations.

For the last couple years, we've had some issues with water lines freezing inside our house. This year we decided to have some insulation work done and I want to make a recommendation. We came across Insulation Pros and gave their owner, Larry Langley, a call. Larry did a complete walk through of our home and was able to help identify the source of some of our issues. He's very knowledgeable and his estimate/write up was as comprehensive that I've seen from a contractor. Insulation Pros just completed the installation this week and we were very impressed with the quality of their work. Larry with Insulation Pros came out promptly after being contacted and performed a professional and thorough attic inspection of our 26 year old house. He proposed an insulation plan that was more comprehensive, using better materials at a better price than another company bid we had received. The crew arrived as scheduled and did all of their work in a very professional and unobtrusive way, leaving no trace that they were here except for the almost immediately noticeable improvement in even temperature in our second story. We are looking forward to enjoying future savings on our heating and air conditioning bills. From the initial phone call we placed to the completion of the job, Insulation Pros handled everything in a most professional and courteous manner. The work they did was outstanding, the materials they used were excellent and we'd highly recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

A previous contractor left us high and dry on a new addition. They insulated the attic and crawl space totally incorrect. Insulation Pros came out and totally removed all the old insulation from the attic, installed roof vents, soffit baffles, and then re-insulated the attic space with blown in R49 insulation. They then went into the crawl space and fixed what was messed up there by totally incapsulating the entire space to eliminate any moisture or mold problems we might have into the future. These folks went out of their way to help, answer all our questions and advise us on what and how to provide us with a insulation solution that would last us for years. Their prices were very reasonable when compared to other bids we received. They hauled away all the old insulation and cleaned up when done perfectly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I am converting a 12 x12 elevated deck into a 4 season room. I contacted Larry to give me an estimate for insulating under the floor between the 2and quot; x 10and quot; floor joists. Larry was extremely quick answering my call and gave me a detailed explanation of the different kinds of insulation that I could use to do the job. We settled on a blown pile insulation that would deliver R38 insulating properties. The crew showed up on time, were very courteous, and finished the job quickly with no issues. I called 2 other companies to give me quotes, one never called back and the other gave me an estimate that was 40% higher than what I received from Larry. I am very pleased and would use his services again.

I just bought my house and found out it only had about 3-4 inches of extremely old insulation. I called Insulation Pros and Larry came out immediately to bid the job. Larry explained in thorough detail what needed to be done and how they would insulate my entire attic. He was kind, attentive to detail, and patient as he answered all of my questions. Larry truly cared about my insulation needs as a new homeowner. Mike headed up the installation crew. He explained the installation process and promptly began laying a plastic covering over all floor surfaces and furniture where they were accessing the attic. After the prep work, they immediately began installing the insulation. Upon completion, Mike sent me pics of all the work they had done. It looked absolutely amazing! Mike was very courteous! I guess you could say the apple doesn't fall far from the tree... :) From the starting quote with Larry to the insulation install headed up by Mike, Insulation Pros were absolutely fantastic! Job was great! The crew was very respectful of the house and communicative on what was happening at each stage. They did an excellent job cleaning up the house and left it in better condition than they found it. They put plastic sheeting down everywhere they walked so as not to damage or dirty floors and they took their shoes off every time they came into the house. A wonderful experience overall!

First let me say that I am a very picky customer with very high expectations when I am spending my hard earned money. After much searching online, I came across Insulation Pros. The fact that the owner is an Army veteran of the Iraq War was important to me, as I support our military. I read every review I could find and checked for complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau before contacting the company. I found nothing negative anywhere. Larry and his Dad, Mike, are truly a class act. Their commitment to customer service and satisfaction is above and beyond anything I have encountered with other so-called contractors. They treated my home with respect, as if it were their own. Nobody else does that. They are very hard workers. They worked diligently to do the best job possible. Cutting corners and doing sloppy work is not in their vocabulary. They kept me informed about what they were doing and why. They explained to me why air sealing needs to be done before insulation is installed, just as the Department of Energy website says. Before leaving, they cleaned up. They did a great job for picky me. Nobody else really cleans up any more. Larry and Mike had promised me that I wouldn't know they had been here when it came to leaving dirt and a mess behind. They were right. I found their pricing to be very reasonable for all the work they did and the professional manner in which they did it. I could immediately tell a big difference in what had been my drafty house. I also got an unexpected benefit. I no longer hear as much street noise as I did. I like that a lot. If I ever need air sealing or insulation again for another house, Insulation Pros will be the only company I call.

Cannot say enough good things about Insulation Pros. The job they did on our house was simply amazing. I was dreading that the process of insulating our vaulted ceilings would be a lengthy and crazy expensive process, but after our initial estimate I could tell Larry really knew his stuff. They were in and out quickly were extremely professional and was really a pleasure having them work on our place. And could already tell day one the difference they have made in the comfort of our home. The heater is kicking on less already. The wife and I couldn’t be happier. Would highly recommend them for any project.
