Glen-Gery Brick Center

We contacted Glen-Gery in Oct. 2011 about the failure of the bricks that we purchased from them when we built our house in 1997. We did this after we had the contractor whom built the fireplace state that the bricks were failing. They are crumbling and falling off the outside. We contacted Glen-Gery and they sent out Rick Holman-District Sales Manager. He came to the house and inspected the brick. He stated at that time that yes, the brick was failing and that Glen-Gery would replace the brick and pay for the labor. He asked that I get a quote for having the work done. I did as he asked and e mailed the quote to him. I have contacted Rick many times as to when we could choose the new brick and schedule the contractor to do the work. He is now saying that Glen-Gery will only replace the brick and not cover the labor. I stated that this was not acceptable as he told me that labor would be included. I asked him to have their corporate people to come out and inspect the fireplace. He is now not responding. I have all of the e mails between Rick and myself and the latest that he will not respond to. I will provide these to you upon your request.
