Description of Work: Fixed wood rot and painted windows and other exterior areas. Fixed door latch.

+ -1 moreOther people came out and told us we needed all kinds of drains. He told us we needed an inside drain. We haven't had any trouble with it since. He just knows everything- he's a genius. The price is per hour. He's really busy now though, so it's tough to get him out to do work.
Description of Work: He fixed a roof which was leaking in a building we own.
