They worked quickly and efficiently. The did a clean job on the trench so that the grass recovered quickly. We haven't had any water problems since they did this (4 years ago). Excellent job.

They had 3-4 guys on the job, so it went quickly. They started by edging the lawn and raking out loose stuff. This ended up making my lawn look a lot cleaner, which I appreciated. The rest was perfect. The grass did great that fall and the following year.

They showed up and did what they were supposed to. The work seemed fine and they were friendly. We have no complaints.

The yard was aerated. They were puntual and professional. This was during a bad drought however and I assume that is why there weren't holes in the yard, just small indentions. I'm sure if I had complained, Kevin would have come out again but I did not.

For the 1st appointment, the provider did not show up. After multiple attempts to reschedule, the services were never performed.

Our lawn I is 12-13,000 square feet. I believe it worked out pretty good. There were no issues.

Just OK, seemed rushed. Couldn't even tell it had been done.

This was the first time I had used them. They did what they said they were going to do. I would probably recommend them to family and friends. The price was reasonable. They were responsive. They showed up when they said they would. They seemed to be a professional organization.

They have a good customer service, and they did a good job. I did not spend more than the $75 specified in the deal.

I called them and I asked them about the seed because I had a requirement on the seed and make sure that my area was covered with the amount of seed they said they would do. Anyway I was home and I found the irrigation but there was no seed put down so I asked my wife to see, she came back and she thought they were supposed to seed it but they didn't. I wouldn't use them again. There is no extra charge, but they just charged me the full price even though they didn't seed. The seeding is the most important part of my lawn.

They did great. I bought their Bid Deal Coupon and they came out within a couple of weeks. They were very professional and did a good job.

Kevin and his assistant did a fantastic job and were very thorough. They also had to flag the sprinkler heads and cleaned up after themselves.

The work went well, and we found Kevin to be very honest and sincere. However, I don't think he was prepared for the amount of business generated by the Big Deal coupon and found himself swamped and unable to service everyone in a timely manner. And unfortunately, when it comes to seeding a lawn in the fall, timing can be everything. It took him about a month to get to our yard. Because of the warmer weather, though, I don't know that it adversely affected germination. He did say that if there were a significant problem with our yard, he'd be happy to address it in the spring. We shall see. In the meantime, I'd say we are overall pretty happy with our choice.

One thing I didn't like was he had an online contract that you had to sign to receive the promotion. We have a lawn sprinkler system and they said they would not be responsible for the sprinkler system and so we didn't want to sign the contract. We flagged the heads but once we flag it we want them to be responsible should they hit one. He said that was the way their system worked and we had to check the box in order to get the promotion. So we said we don't want it because if you break one of our heads it will be more expensive than the promotion. He said he would fix it but we would need to check a box, and we told him we couldn't do it. He then told us by phone that he would be responsible for anything. It would have been a lot better if he had a different promotional system. He didn't come when he said he would but did call ahead to let us know that he was back-logged due to the promotion. We did work that out as it is one of those things that is not that critical. Otherwise we were happy with him. It was a good value with the big deal.

Owner called and set up a time. Did work he said he would do. Good job!

Owner/manager kept me informed that they were very busy because of this promotion. I understood and thought it was very professional of him to not leave the customer hanging. Two men, one the owner's father, arrived when they said they would. They had two aerators that looked to be in very good shape and did a fantastic job for the money. I plan on calling on them in the Spring to help me get my lawn into shape after this drought we've gone through.

They aerated my lawn while I was at work and did a thorough job. I was happy with their service.

Treated like a cattle call. Signed up for aeration special as looking for a new lawn company (old one moved out of state). Immediately after signing up for Angies List special....I called and spoke with Kevin. I told him I had a weed problem with crab crass and needed him to spray for weeds prior to aeration. He did not take my concern seriously and instead of coming out to spray for weeds ( and making more money) he said he would talk with his associate to see if this was necessary and get back with me. Well, I waited nearly 2 weeks and then he called back and said taking care of the weeds was not necessary prior to aeration and that they were scheduled to come out the next day to aerate. Thus I did not get my crab crass weeds taken care of prior or ever. To make matters worse I was home during the aeration and peeked out my window and saw the guy walking as fast as he possibly could. The next day I saw my neighbor get their home aerated and their technician was walking very deliberately and more of a slow gait. I wondered if that was a better aeration. Also the next day, a friend came over to seed for me who used to work in this industry. He is not normally a critical person but he completely criticized the aeration job. Being he used to do this for a living....he said I had big patches, on the sides of the house without holes....no aeration done there....he said there were not enough holes, nor were they deep enough....said they should have been twice as deep to be effective. This company was swamped and overstressed with all the people who signed up for this special and not able to offer personalized service. I will not use them again no matter what kind of deal they run.

I apperently live in an area that this company does not normally serve. Kevin did honor the big deal but just didn't seem to be real interested in coming out to my area. When I got home and inxpected the work it looked like they ran ran one very hurried pass across the yard. It was not my fault that he forgot to specify the area coverage in his big deal so I feel i got a little short changed. I will never use them again but then again they don't service my are so they probably don't care that I wouldn't use them again.

I was happy with the service. I got it done and didn't have any problem.

I had sked to be called ahead of time so I could mark the sprinkler heads and do some other lawn work. They didn't give me any warning, nor even left a note so I would know they did the job. Since I had not marked the sprinkler heads, he did break two heads, which oculd have been avoideed with prior notice.

Everything went very smoothly. Exterior Decorators had a very good response to their offer but notified us immediately that they were Working on a schedule and would contact us soon to give us a date to do the work. Within a few days, they phoned to let us know They would be here the next day. They did arrive as scheduled and completed the work that day.
