They did put a new roof on that looked good. They did a nice job cleaning up behind them. There was a problem and they were not very prompt in returning my phone call. They really lack customer service. It would take about two weeks of constant phone calls to get them to come back out. They don't have a number where you can always get a hold of them.
Description of Work: They came out and put a brand new roof on my house.

Roof looks fine and was completed in a timely manner. Salesperson was courteous but not always responsive. Materials did not show up on time, pushing the installation date out two weeks. Did not receive advance notice of new start date/time and was surprised at 6 the first morning. Workers damaged brand new siding and I am still negotiating for repairs (1+ month). Clean-up was fair as I am still picking staples, nails, shakes, and shingles out of my landscaping and yard. Initial payment not posted to account and invoice amount incorrect.
Description of Work: Replaced shake shingle with composition roof.
