Description of Work: Replaced my roof. Showed up while I was at work and were gone by the time I got home. everything was cleaned up and looked good. One area that needed special attention was addressed the next day. Punctual, friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs and concerns. Came by for a follow-up walk thru to make sure I was satisfied. Didn't ask for any money until the job was complete.

Description of Work: They were to replace flashing around 2 flue pipes. They said they did the job, however they made no appointment to do the job. They showed up with the bill stating they had completed the job but could not/would not tell me when it was done. The roof is 21/2 stories above the ground. How do I really know they did the work? Why didn't they call, make an appointment like most |businesses do? I asked them that. They had no answer.
