Dan Patti came out the morning after we called. He was terrific. He spent over half an hour on our roof and in our attic investigating the leaks. He did some caulking and debris clearing in one area, and debris clearing in the other. He refused to take any payment for the work that he did. Dan told us to let him know if the area he caulked caused any future problems. This is an absolute first. He could easily have charged us $50 to $100 for his time.

They did a fine job - arrived on time, were very prompt with their report. I will note that another roofing company recommended a new roof while Easton Roofing did not, and my homeowner's insurance company agreed with the other roofer's recommendation for a new roof. Easton was professional enough to ask me to let him know what the insurer decided, which I did. All in all, I was satisfied with Easton's professionalism and courtesy.

Excellent -- Easton gets an A+ for their thorough communication with myself and my husband, during every step of their process. I never felt out of the loop on what phase of the roof replacement they were on and the expected timing. They were responsive to my questions and requests and always had a respectful attitude. Additionally, Easton was the most affordable bid of the three we obtained. And they went over their bid with me -- in person -- in detail so that I really understood all the components of the purchase. Lastly, they cleaned up the yard - got all those awful nails from the first roof - and left things just as they had found them; taking care of my landscaping as I had requested.

I needed a section of my roof repaired and Easton Roofing did a great job. They were responsive when I reached out to them and they did the repair in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend them for your roofing needs.

Very pleased with the clean-up process. I was able to go barefoot in the yard right after the roof was put on. They took great care to protect my plants.

The job went great and smooth. The team did bend the gutters with the roof coming off. I called John the lead and he came over looked and made a call and had the gutters replaced. They are great!!!

Dan came out quickly to assess our roof. We had a leak over a portion of the house. He gave us a bid to replace the leaky portion and for the whole roof. The cost was more affordable to replace the whole roof than we thought so we decided to do the whole thing. I also needed sheetrock hung for a current project. Whenever I had a concern they were always quick to come up with a solution that worked best for me. I feel like they are very customer friendly. I plan to use them again.

They did a terrific job - looks beautiful. They ran into unexpected issues because of the original builder's lack of attention to quality and code, but managed to figure out ways to make it all right. They were prompt every day, pleasant to work with, knew their stuff. We would definitely use them again.

I appreciated working with Easton Roofing because they took the extra time to explain the roofing issues in detail. They showed me photos of the problem areas. They also were very prompt in coming out to give an estimate and in doing the work. When they did the first job, the weather was a bit cold so they even came back and checked to see that the material stuck properly. I would definitely work with Easton Roofing again!

Dan came and gave me an estimate. They were the first to come out of everyone I called. I received a follow-up call a few days later while I was still getting estimates. Work was scheduled within a week of deciding to go with Easton. I got another follow-up call on how the schedule would be and when we would walk through the finished job. Crew showed up on time and were professional. Everything was completed on time and the job and cleanup were up to my standards. Follow up visit two days later to verify everything was OK.

It went well. The roofers did show up a day earlier than expected but the job ended up taking 2 days so they were able to finish it before Saturday.

It went pretty well. He spent what seemed like a sufficient amount of time evaluating the condition of the roof and gave me a good writeup. For context - the roof was in pretty good condition so there wasn't much to put together there. I had some shingles that were loose to be put back up, but the deal apparently didn't cover a proper repair. He tacked it back up reasonably well, though I felt like it could've been a little straighter/neater. That's fairly subjective though, and given what he had to work with it was done well enough to sign off on.

Sam was very nice, professional and even arrived a little early which was awesome. He listened, answered my questions and completed the work timely.

I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for a roof inspection and minor repairs. Easton was very responsive when selecting the times. Dan from Easton showed up on time and did the inspection and made a few minor repairs and gave me a summary of my roof's condition. He also gave me some general replacement information like general cost, two layers would be removed, etc. He estimated that I probably have 3-4 more years before having to look at replacement. It was good information and no pressure to sell me a new roof now. I will definitely get a roof bid from Easton when the time comes.

Excellent responsiveness, curteous inspector. Sam Moore did inspection. We had purchased home a little over year and knew that roof was approximately 5 yrs old. We wanted piece of mind from objective source about current condition before winter. Thank Goodness Sam was able to confirm ALL OK! Whew....

First off, it is unfortunate that this site does not allow for A+ ratings because this company definitely deserves them. In fact the more pluses the better. Professionalism is a term that is lost on many companies these days, however, Easton Roofing nails it (pardon the pun). They not only offered one of the best prices to repair the wreck that was my roof, but were very helpful in their inspection of the roof to convince my insurance company that it needed to be replaced (old hail & wind damage). Once we were able to get a day without rain, their crew arrived and were extremely efficient in their work. The roof was stripped, re-decked and re-shingled all in one day. They were professional, nice and appeared to enjoy their work. No mess was left and even my neighbors were impressed with their work and how quiet they were for a roofing crew. There was only one problem with the entire job and they DID NOT cause it. They did, however, solve the problem to my satisfaction and, once again, in a very professional manner. Their suppliers were even great. We will use this company any time we need roof repair and have recommended them to anyone who will listen. A special shout out to Sam, Jon and Joe. The representative was on time and presented himself and the company well. He was informative and knowledgeable. I got a few estimates for a roof replacement and while this company was not the cheapest they were very competitive and locally owned and operated. The employees seemed very happy working for this company and while some had worked for other companies they told me how well they like working for Easton roofing. They acted accordingly. When I thought there was a problem, I texted the company and get a response very quickly i.e., within 10 minutes. In short, this a very well run company (high quality, excellent communications and timely delivery as they were there when they said they would be). I found companies that were a little less but none that gave me the confidence as good as Easton Roofing.

The service and quality was fantastic! We were in the process of buying a new home and found an issue with the current roof. We called on a few roofers but then found Easton through a friend who highly recommended them. I'm extremely happy we chose Easton because I was concerned the roof issue could derail the home buying process but it went incredibly smooth. Joe and the guys had our roof replaced within a few days and we could proceed with the contract. Efficient work, excellent quality, and excellent service. I would highly recommend Easton to anyone that needs any type of roof work on their house.

The company was very responsive. Joe (the owner) showed up on time for the estimate and provided additional insights as to possible causes which I had not considered. His repairman was experienced. I upgraded the quality of the vents (replaced builders grade) across the entire roof so the vents continue to match one another. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent both with regard to timeliness and quality.
