Description of Work: I contacted Easton Roofing to take advantage of their Roof Maintenance package as I was concerned about other roof issues I was having. Not only did they perform the maintenance piece but also gave me several options on how I could correct the other concerns I was having. They gave me 3 different options and estimates. In the end they replaced my roof at a reasonable price and followed through with every step of the process. I would definitely recommend Easton if you are considering a new roof.

Description of Work: They did a fine job looking over the roof, fixing a few minor problems and then giving me an estimate if I wanted to do more.

Description of Work: Looked over all the roof and caulked around a spot I had had a leak. Very professional and helpful on life of current roof.

Description of Work: With a heavy heart I cannot give a better rating because the issue was not resolved. And I was specific in the contact e-mail request on what I had to have happen, a leak when it rains and a turbine repaired or replaced. It finally rained hard today and I still have the leak around my hot water heater pipe. I used angies list for the express purpose of finding a honest company. I have no doubt that this company is honest. The man who came was professional, polite and told me my roof was in excellent shape. I needed the leak around the water heater fixed and a turbine repaired. The estimate for repair/replace on the turbine was $350 with a @100 credit and non matching tiles to $250. With the leak around the water heater not fixed- remember I had to wait for the rain I could not consider investing any more money into this company. I know I live far from the KC area and it is not convenient to service so far out. So despite the nice man who came for the service and he did calk I just do not have confidence since I still have the leak when it rains-standing water on the top of the hot water heater and damp plaster on the ceiling, so I will contact someone else to repair the leak and fix the turbine- or replace it. I really wish this had worked out, sometimes it just does not. God Bless.
